Brian was the person I dealt with and let me tell you he was truly professional and gave me great customer service. He answered all my questions and gave me various options for different packages. Brian was very helpful and always had great intentions to give me various options to help me. I would highly recommend this company and Brian to anyone as he is very helpful and gave phenomenal customer service. He was very honest about everything and in my opinion had a lot of integrity. Precision was the best! We had an odd size garage door that was old and needed replacing, they did a special order for us! Our tech, Steven that came out was very professional and courteous! After finishing he explained everything he did and showed me how to operate and properly maintain the new door and garage door opener, he hauled all the old door and parts away and cleaned everything! A+++ Precision!!!

The spring on my garage door broke and also caused the bracket on the garage door to break off that connects to the chain. Because of that, they recommended the garage door be replaced and I did. I was happy with the overall response time and the work done. I did feel the price was very high. In hindsight I would have gotten additional opinions and estimates and may have gone in a different direction.

Shout out to precision door for the prompt response to my garage door issue. Made the call and they were repairing my door less than two hours later. The tech, Pat Stevens , was personable as well as professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We have used them in the past and would not hesitate to use in the future!!!

Do not call this company! The price quote they gave was outrageous for a spring repair, $1552 compared to $400 from another company. I regret calling them at all as they also charge for estimates ($50). Save yourself $$$ and call someone else.

After a water leak fried my existing opener, I was able to get an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service first thing the next morning (didnt attempt to schedule the appointment until the evening before)! Steve Wells, technician, confirmed my suspicions and did an excellent job of explaining what occurred, and presenting me with my options. He handled everything on the spot and set up all of the accessory equipment! Very happy with the service and the product!

our technician (Pat Stevens) Arrived on time, and was very courteous. he diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, and gave me a couple of different options. I accidentally knocked my garage door out of the track on one side. We were having a garage sale the next day, so Precision sent Joey C. out that very afternoon. He was so nice, very calming, since I was freaked out! He fixed the door quickly and for a reasonable price too!! I would definitely use this company again!!!

Eric from Precision came out on time and did identify the problem quickly. I had a damaged censor. In our conversation I shared with him the financial burdens that have been overwhelming being below poverty. He told me he had the parts to fix it, but I did too having bought this last yr and using my old censors. He kind of led me to believe he would rewire it, but he took my sensors and swapped them out not using the wire I gave him. It took maybe 2 minutes and it cost my $100.00. I would have been happy with 50. But I do feel like he took advantage, he also never gave me a receipt which the company later emailed me with a fake scribble for my alleged signature. Not the best bargain in price. But Eric was professional, I wish he would have been more clear on just how easy of a fix it was. So over all, I'm glad that the door now works, but do feel the price was high for a simple 2 minute swap out. Peace out

My garage door was installed by a very competent installer (Joshua Abt) who did an amazing job. The door itself is very nice. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the salesman who I felt, worked me like a used car salesman. Also it took 7 weeks to get my garage door installed. But it was worth the wait. That's why I gave it 4 stars.

Such a great experience! The technician Mike Jolly was exceptional! He kept us informed of his arrival and we were also sent a pic and bio of him , so we knew to expect. He explained everything to us and pointed out several areas of concern. He never made us feel pressured , instead we felt very comfortable with him and completely trusted him. Very nice gentleman, that was very knowledgeable in what he was doing.
