My spring broke on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning and got an appointment within 2 hours for the same day. BRAD RAMBO was my technician and was GREAT!! Brad called me to say he was on the way and arrived on time. He checked out the whole door assembly, parts and pieces. Everything he found was fully explained to me. There were a few parts that also needed to be replaced as well. Brad was very efficient in gathering the new parts and installing them. Brad made the repairs look easy. After Brad was done the door worked just like new with a warranty on the new parts.

Brian replaced the torsion spring on my garage door as well as other moving parts that were adding resistance to the mechanism. He also gave me maintenance tips to to make sure it lasts longer. I am happy with the quality of work. Service was very prompt as well. I will use them again for maintenance.

I didn't receive/ see the quote for maintenance check and parts/labor, but somewhat aware of the cost. Not able to put a new weather strip on the bottom of the door, didn't grease/lube rollers because they had plastic parts and didn't do the other things because "they were fine". Replaced 2 hinges to metal ones because plastic ones were cracked but unable to effectively replace plastic hindges. Technician was nice and answered my questions and my door is very old, however. New doors are way too expensive and looking to further the life of the one I have on my budget. They came out shortly after I made my on- line appt, which was Great! If I had to call again for service I might try another company to see if I get the same answers. The door still clunks down and makes noise but a little quieter with new hinges. I do have piece of mind of knowing what's wrong with it going into winter, especially since I park in the garage. I guess I was expecting more and didn't get it and not 100% confident in explanation as to why . Just that I might get another year or so out of the door I currently have...before needing to replace.

He explained everything, fixed our door and installed a much needed pin pad opener. He went above and beyond what we had asked for. Pat Stevens was my technician and he arrived just before 8:00am on Sunday morning as stated. He replaced both the cables, which were attached to the garage door, and finished it in about 30mins. He was very professional and very knowledgeable, and also provided info on how to maintain the door, so it would remain in good working condition over time. I used a different service provider once before to repair our garage door, and he had never mentioned any of these tips, so that was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to others, and I will definitely use them again in the future, if needed.

Such a great experience! The technician Mike Jolly was exceptional! He kept us informed of his arrival and we were also sent a pic and bio of him , so we knew to expect. He explained everything to us and pointed out several areas of concern. He never made us feel pressured , instead we felt very comfortable with him and completely trusted him.
