Fixed the problem. Examined the door and spings. Explained options if the garage door opener was to fail in the future and if needed to be replaced, might want to replace the springs to better work with a new 3/4 Hp garage door opener. Said they don't carry 1/2 Hp openers any longer. Door works!!! Happy customer.

Mike was pleasant, knowledgeable, and arrived within expected timeframe. I needed an estimate for a new garage door. He was able to provide that and checked age of the opener to determine it's approximate remaining life. Weighing estimate against others before decision. But was a pleasant experience.

Jeff showed me how to lub the spring and and various mechanisms in the future. He installed a handle to allow me to lift the door manually. He provided training and instructions for me to help when electrical power is not available. Best of all my garage door can be opened and closed without noise. Yay!

Dylan was fast, efficient and friendly. Called about a broken cable and they were here about 2 hours later. Replaced my cables, checked over the entire system and gave me a quote. Whole experience was great. Will definitely use again if I need to!

Cesar was great. He did a wonderful job. Jeff came out to assist him with a few things. I had originally requested Jeff only because I know him they both were fantastic. There was a little mistake done when we had a roofing and siding job done so theyre gonna come back out after the roofer comes out and fixes as siding job. They wanted to look perfect for me. I would recommend precision door for anybody.

Closed the garage door on a camping chair last night which screwed everything up. My neighbors came over to help me attempt a fix but alas we couldn't get it so they recommended precision. Called last night, they had a tech here this morning. Fixed her up quick for a good price and the tech Jordan was great! Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with tech Jeff G. Very prompt and knowledgeable. I explained my issue which was I needed my garage door to open more to keep my antenna on my new truck from clipping the front of the door. He said not a problem. He also pointed out some potential issues I could have in the near future.one of the cables was starting to unravel the other side was a little better. He also explained that the bearings where showing wear. Bottom line I had him fix all issues . He quoted me a estimated cost which seemed reasonable to me. He completed all repairs in a short time. Again very pleased. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door in the future based on my experience with Jeff G.

Shawn came out to repair a broken spring and also pointed out some aging bearings and rollers and why the replacement parts they use were superior. I could tell just by looking at them they were built to last much longer than the cheap, installation grade that came with the original install they were replacing. Shawn was very informative, patient and answered questions and I didn't feel I was being upsold. While the repairs were not cheap, I feel like I got good value and am confident my almost 20 year old garage door will not need any additional service unless my wife or I back out of the garage before remembering to open the door!

Needed emergency service on Memorial Day. Dillon responded from an hour away and arrived in a timely manner. Very educated on the doors we have and the service that was needed immediately.
