From the time we first called Precision, we received exceptional service. They sent us texts that included a picture of the salesman/evaluator, then of the installation technician who were to care for us. These two people also called us beforehand to assure us they were on their way. Work was done within the two hour window as promised and our old garage door (and misc pieces) were taken away. Easy-peasy!

I found PRECISION on the web and put in a request (this was a Wednesday) for a service technician to come out. Within an hour I got a phone call to pick a time for Thursday when their technician could come out. Within the first 15 minutes he had found the problem. He gave me several options to get it repaired or replaced. We decided to replace. It took him 2.5 hours to complete the work, including showing me all the controls. Our technician Steve Wells was very knowledgeable and had the skills to work through a couple of issues that my garage throw at him. I would strongly recommend PRECISION to anyone with garage door problems.
