Stephen Freitas (technician) was excellent! Our remote opener and outside keypad were not working. He diagnosed the problem and suggested 3 options I could I could choose from. After choosing, Stephen made the installation, explained how everything worked and even re-programmed our cars to the new opener. Some surveys ask "would you hire this individual?). If I owned a business, I would hire Stephen in a heartbeat! he was excellent!

Brad Rambo was my garage door technician today. I told him what issues I was having with the door. He spent a good deal of time checking the door. He explained what problems he had found with the door, and showed them to me. He also gave me several options and the price of each. I made my decision and he went to work. He seemed very knowledgeable about his trade, and he was very courteous. I would definitely call Precision Door again, and I would recommend them to others.

Tech Dylan did a great job diagnosing the problems with my garage door, and explaining my options. He made a repair, solved the problems, and the door operates better than it did before it needed repair. The cost was very reasonableactually far less than I was expecting, and the door works great now. Work was done quickly, and Dylan did a great job of explaining everything that was going on.

Precision was a great company to deal with from beginning to end! Our garage door accident happened on a Sunday morning and the representative came to our house promptly and was very informative and helpful! He made sure to get our cars out of the garage and also made sure the garage door was securely shut prior to leaving because it was going to take approximately 4 weeks to receive our new garage doors. Today the crew who came out did a great job with installing and explaining the maintenance of our new doors. They were punctual, efficient with their time and cleaned everything up perfectly! We had a great experience and would highly recommend using this company!
