I had a very old wood garage door that I thought just needed a repair. Eric explained how I would.benefit from a new, lighter door. Door came in in about three weeks. Anthony DeJesus did a great job installing the door. It's a 92 degree day and Anthony didn't complain once about the heat. He's very friendly and did a great job.

My experience with the Precision Garage Door team was truly excellent. From the initial appointment scheduling, to the Garage Door Design representative visit, to the general manger & scheduler emails and text messages to work with me and my schedule, and finally the garage door installer. This team truly has integrity of a great company of getting the job done right! A couple of words about the team: Door Design representative - Mr. Rick Adkins who took the time to explain all my garage door options, along with explaining the entire process of removal and installation of my new garage door and answering any questions I had. Along with working out any possible details that came up. General Manger Mr. Darrel McNall who kept me, the customer in the loop of the entire process and worked with my schedule to get the job done. Door Installer Mr. Terrance Smith. Mr. Smith is a true professional. From initial contact, that he was on his way to my home, to answering any questions I had before starting the job. Mr. Smith integrity is off the chart. He is a true craftsman with excellent problem-solving skills typically not found in todays getter done environment. Mr. Smith attention to detail and taking the time to explain to the customer (me) how things work and the best way to maintain my door for years of continue service. Thank you Mr. Smith!

they were quick to help repair my garage door, but if you have time get quotes from other places. I paid over 1400 for a job that took less than 1 hour and parts and labor should have been less than half that. they are too expensive. I agreed to pay it so there is that, but everyone else said that it should have cost less than $600. I MADE A MISTAKE, YOU SHOULD GET QUOTES FROM ELSEWHERE!

Weekend garage door repair was handled swiftly and professionally. Technican Brad was extremely polite and professional. Shared some great advice and tips to maintain the door until it is time for a new one. Definitely going with Precision when it is time for a new door.

Met with technician Mike Brose and he did a great job!! He reviewed our current door and provided a very good and thorough assessment. Also walked me through options his team has to offer. Also within the quote he was able to provide an image/rendering of what our house would look like with the door options we discussed. Very good job and extremely helpful!!

I was extremely pleased with my interaction with Precision Garage Door. I was able to obtain same day service and the technician sent to my home, Shawn Durecka was outstanding. He completed his previous job a little earlier than the time I was scheduled so he would get to my house before me. He assured me he would wait. He took the time to explain every aspect of the job and my options. Shawn showed me how everything worked and covered the maintenance. I will definitely use Precision for any future garage door issues.

Garage door repair was done correctly. But in doing it the technician knocked my $400 Bose speaker off tbe wall and broke it. Did not tell me, only saw what happened after I looked at the video from my security camera after turning my stereo on and it didn't work.
