I call Precision to replace my Keypad to my garage door. The service tech, Steve was outstanding during the entire process. He also replaced my light bulbs and fixed my remote on my car to open the garage. Best service call I ever had. Thank you, Steve and Precision.

Shawn came out to repair a broken spring and also pointed out some aging bearings and rollers and why the replacement parts they use were superior. I could tell just by looking at them they were built to last much longer than the cheap, installation grade that came with the original install they were replacing. Shawn was very informative, patient and answered questions and I didn't feel I was being upsold. While the repairs were not cheap, I feel like I got good value and am confident my almost 20 year old garage door will not need any additional service unless my wife or I back out of the garage before remembering to open the door!

Needed emergency service on Memorial Day. Dillon responded from an hour away and arrived in a timely manner. Very educated on the doors we have and the service that was needed immediately. Also, took time to educate me on the doors, lifts and mechanics. Exploring the possibility of new doors. Im sure Dillon will be helpful with any questions we may have.

Extremely fast and professional service. Called on a Saturday late morning (and on Memorial Day Weekend) and they were out within hours and fixed our problem. Great explanation of different options and completed the work within hours of arrival. Fixed our broken door, updated our second door and added a new opener. Jeff G was amazing and very professional. Jeff called in advance of arrival to ensure that we were home and ready to have our door fixed. Less than 20 minutes after arrival, the door was working properly and much quieter than before he started. He listened to our complaints and repaired quickly. Shawn was awesome! He showed up earlier than my window of time which was super convenient for me. Fixed my garage door issue in less than 20 minutes and gave me tips on how to extend the longevity of my garage door and opener. If you can request him from Precision Garage Door Service you should! Also Precision Garage Door is awesome to work with. I called them based on Google reviews and was not disappointed. I had a same day appointment. My garage door was fixed within 1 hour of my request for Service. Keep up the great work!

PGD did the original install in 2018. Spring broke but rest of door wasnt damaged. Steve Wells arrived at the house, with a phone call in advance, actually 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment window. Work was quoted on the iPad and work was completed quickly; within about an hour. Precision is always fast to respond, excellent service, and work is done quickly and cleanly.
