The professionalism by both the company and Josh, my garage door tech, was absolutely best in class. My garage door is close to 30 years old and is officially toast. The problems with the old door were identified and explained to me in great detail. I never once thought I was being sold on anything I didnt need. My new garage door will be installed in a few weeks. Nothing but 5 stars for my review.

He explained everything clearly throughout the process, which put me at ease. Beyond the repair itself, Stephen went above and beyond by providing valuable tips and how to properly maintain my garage door to prevent future issues. Im very impressed with the service and feel confident my garage door is in top shape thanks to Stephens professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend!

The service was fine, but the charges were exploitive. The online booking indicated the $75 site visit would be waived and only actual service would be charged. My bill for 3-10 minutes of labor was double $75.00. That is unfair.

Fast, friendly, and courteous. Got a completely new door and all hardware installed. The sales representative was here same day as ours completely failed. Took his time to discuss all our options, styles, etc. Install day, Cesar and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. We had a potentially catastrophic issue with one of our openers. Dalton Rhodes was sent to address our issue. Dalton calmly and professionally let me know what was wrong with not just one of my doors but all three. We decided to rebuild one door as that simply was unavoidable from a bad install. That door went through a long list of repairs and corrections. That door is now working great. We had a few maintenance issues performed on the other doors and they are now running smoother and safely. When those doors need to be replaced in the next few years, again bad install to begin with, we will go with Precision Door service and hopefully get Mr. Rhodes as the technician. Very pleased with the work and grateful for the honest assessment of the situation, possible solutions and corrective actions. Well done.
