Shawn was awesome! He showed up earlier than my window of time which was super convenient for me. Fixed my garage door issue in less than 20 minutes and gave me tips on how to extend the longevity of my garage door and opener. If you can request him from Precision Garage Door Service you should! Also Precision Garage Door is awesome to work with. I called them based on Google reviews and was not disappointed. I had a same day appointment. My garage door was fixed within 1 hour of my request for Service. Keep up the great work!

PGD did the original install in 2018. Spring broke but rest of door wasnt damaged. Steve Wells arrived at the house, with a phone call in advance, actually 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment window. Work was quoted on the iPad and work was completed quickly; within about an hour. Precision is always fast to respond, excellent service, and work is done quickly and cleanly.
