The door arrived and was installed in about 4 weeks. The technician did a nice , thorough installation and clean up after. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained the maintenance on the door, the lift, paint, and computer app. Everything went very smoothly and am very pleased with the door and the service

Great service. Very prompt. Initiated request on Easter Sunday night for Mon between 12-2. Purchased option 3 out of 4. Newer build home and builder only included 1 spring. Now we have 2. Service was complete on a timely basis and which was very much appreciated since my car was trapped in the garage. Timothy Mason was our service representative. He explained everything to us.

My garage door was opening whenever it wanted to. Security of my house and garage was a big concern. I called around for service, but only Precision could come out at 7a.m. the next morning. Brian was professional, timely, and got my new opener and spring installed as expected. He explained it's operation, helped me set up the phone app and showed me how to oil the joints every 6 mos. He even left the spray to do it. I'm very pleased.

I will never use or recommend this company ever again. Extremely over priced for what service was needed. Unfortunately for me I was in a position in which I had no choice, and I feel that played a part in the price for my service. I had one spring break on my door. It cost me over $700.00. I was told I had to replace both springs and the bearings as well. Pretty steep price for a 2 hour job.

I contacted Precision Garage Door in the evening about replacing a broken spring and cable for one of three garage doors installed in 2001. I was hoping to get an appointment for the next day since my car was trapped in my garage because it was not possible to raise the door after manually trying to do so. I was very surprised that Precision was able to provide an appointment for the following morning and even more surprised when Precision's technician arrived right at 8 am. The spring broke as a result of rusting through, and upon further examination, the other two doors were in a similar condition. Since the doors themselves were in excellent shape, we decided to do full replacement of springs, cables, rollers, as well as the equally old door openers. Of course, this was much more than Jordan expected to do, but he jumped right in and after working straight through for over nine hours, completed everything except one opener which required additional parts. Jordan was very professional and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job with the repairs and installations which he finished the following morning. Although this turned out to be a much bigger job than he expected, he was very polite, positive and focused. Jordan did an excellent job explaining the details of the new, more sophisticated systems which were WiFi enabled and had security cameras. Overall, this was a very positive experience, from getting immediate service and having an experienced, hard-working technician, to even having nearly 100% of the materials (three times as many as they expected) available on the truck. I would highly recommend Jordan and Precision Garage Doors to anyone needing garage door work.

I would like to acknowledge the outstanding service received from Precision Garage Door Services. Patrick did a great job of diagnosing the problem and replaced my garage door opener. He also lubricated my door and replaced the brackets. I called Precision for a second opinion after receiving a diagnosis from another company that ended up being completely inaccurate. I will be contacting Precision from now on for any other garage needs in the future.
