My spring broke on my garage. I call Precision amd was scheduled for mid afternoon. Got a call from Patrick S. 30 minutes before he was to arrive. Patrick assess the workings of my door and came up woth 3 estimates. Once I agreed to one of the repairs, he went right to work. I'm one of those guys who likes to watch and learn. Patrick had no problem fielding questions while he worked. Very enjoyable and friendly. Door was up and working in about an hour. Glad my door was repaired the same day.

Cesar Velasquez did an excellent job of installing the door. As far as the same day or next day installation, that was more like same week or next week. It took ten days for the door to arrive. Not satisfied with that.

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The whole crew made choosing a new door and new system a breeze. Tare down of the old door and system along with installation of the new door and system took a few hours! Cesar Velasquez was an amazing technician, he explained everything about the new door and the system. I couldnt be more happier with my whole experience. Thank you!

I paid an idiot tax. About $150 bucks to learn it was a faulty remote that caused my inability to use my garage door opener. However the technician Stephen Freitas's was professional and presented himself well

Our garage door broke first thing in the morning so I called Precision. Within 20 minutes of my call they said they were on their way. Jeff Blehm was our repairman and he did an excellent job. They fixed the door quickly and showed us how to keep certain parts of the door lubed. Very highly recommend!!
