Pleased with the response and service provided. Beginning with an emergency repair late afternoon on 7/29 to the new door installation on 8/4. The Technicians on both days were professional, installing beginning their work and providing information about what they were doing and answering any questions. I will highly recommended Precision Door. 4/16/24 - My garage door wasn't closing. Precision responding within two hours and remedied the situation. High marks for Precision and their technicial Mark.

Excellent service. I called them at 2:00 pm. They came the same day within 2 hours and fixed the problem. The work completed professionally and the technician Brad Rambo explained in detail how to make my phone open the garage door and check if I left the garage door open from a remote location.

Had a strut added to our garage door a few years ago and was going to get another one added. Was told we needed a new garage door and given an estimate. Scheduled for install within a week. Technician came and installed new garage door within an hour. He was very fast, efficient, and polite. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any repairs or getting a new garage door. Animals had chewed a hole in the rubber seal on the bottom of my door. Jeff Parks replaced the bottom rubber seal on my garage door today. He used an extra large, 7" bottom rubber, to compensate for the uneven pavement. Problem is solved. Thank you Precision Door!
