Our garage door broke last night when we closed it, I called Precision this morning around 8am. Roughly 2 hours later the garage door works great!! Brian did a wonderful job! My garage door stopped working late in the day on Tuesday. I called Precision Door on Tuesday and was given a window of 7 - 11am on Wednesday morning for the repair. I received a call from Shawn about 7:05am; I explained my issue and he informed me he would be out about 7:50am. He arrived on time, looked over my garage door issue and provided a quote within 5 minutes. I asked how long the job would take as I had an event in the afternoon. He assured me I would be able to make my event and that he would be done by 10am. He completed the work shortly after 9:30. I was very pleased with the end result and the pleasantness of Shawn. I highly recommend Precision Door and Shawn as the technician!

Technicians Cesar and Jaime were very polite and did a great job. They explained everything about the maintenance of the door and how it works. We set up the keypad and how the app works on your phone. Very efficient workers.

I called in this morning to schedule an appointment to look at my garage door that came off the tracks. To my pleasant surprise, a technician (Stephen F) was at my house in under an hour and a half! Stephen arrived and gave me a detailed quote with three options for me to choose from. He was extremely thorough walking me through the pros and cons of each option available. Once I chose my path, he went right to work. He did an incredible job, my 22 year old door now works just as well as the day it was installed!

I've used Precision Garage Door at least 4 times. They're always fast, efficient, affordable and nice to work with. I always get a text and email from them telling me which technician is coming (including a picture) and when to expect them. They have arrived on time every time. Very impressed with Precision and I will not use anyone else for my garage door needs.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you !! I called Precision Garage Door on Wed 11-13-24 after 330pm because my garage opener stopped working-my fault. I was concerned about when they could come. Jeff called within 20minutes & said he was enroute to be here in 30 min. He arrived by 430pm! He verified I needed a new opener & gave me 3 options. He started work immediately. He gave me a lot of info regarding the Genie 3120 opener that I selected. It's working great. I'm so happy I called Precision. Jeff Blehm you were fantastic installing my new Genie garage opener. The technician (Dylan) came as forecast and found the cause (cracked motor mount) of my 30-year-old garage door opener. The only solution was a new one. Dylan walked me thru the various choices of cost and features for the replacement. I chose one which happened to be one of the several models in his van. In a little over two hours the new opener was up and running. It was a pleasure to work with a cordial and competent individual.

Eric was very helpful in explaining what was needed for me to replace my non-electric garage door. I asked a lot of questions, which he answered thoroughly and even explained that the reason my current door kept hitting the rafters when opening it was because it was the wrong size door and the wrong overhead rails and fixtures. After he determined what type of door would fit, he showed me what was available and what colors it came in and we placed my order. Eric made it very easy to understand. He was easy to talk to and he answered all my questions easily and without making me feel as if I was bothering him or that I was asking stupid questions. Thank you very much Eric. Cesar Velasquez was great very nice and did great work. Loved his honesty the panels we received didnt go correctly together but could hardly see. He let us know and they are going to replace them. He could have just left it because it would have been tough to notice but i appreciate that so much. Highly recommend this company with their honesty.

Dan Duvall was the technician who came do my house for my garage door repair. I couldn't have been more pleased with his work and professionalism. He explained everything to me, never tried to sell me something I didnt need, and he completed a two hour job in a hour. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
