Mike came to replace the T lock on the large door on a Sunday. In addition he inspected the door and lubricated it. He took his time, which I much appreciated. He thoroughly looked over my door and explained what was wrong with it. In addition he recommended some things he thought I may want or need. At the end he walked me through everything he did. Also he mentioned the age of my door was 2012. Thst was impressive that he took the time to figure that out for me. He was highly professional for the entire process.
