I've seen the commercials and I'm sure your company does a good job. However, honesty speaks volumes!!! Last Tuesday (Nov 26th), a Percision employee (Jeff G) came to my residence to inspect my garage for repair. My garage only goes partly up due to damage. JG was inside my garage, I on the other side. JG noticed a sticker from another garage company, and he proceeded to rip it down and put it in his pocket. I could hear when he ripped it off. I entered the garage and asked, "Do you all take down the competition advertising?" He had the audacity to answer."Yes." JG went on to say while smiling, "I know the guy that owns this company, and I send him a lot of business." At this point, my intelligence was insulted.....if this "guy" is you friend, why would you rip down his advertisement? JG then proceeded to ask if I wanted it back. I said yes, and he removed it from his pocket and handed it to me. From that moment on, I was pissed; here's why: He probably wouldn't have done that to a man, and he totally disrespected me and my property. If he's sucure in the work Percision does, it shouldn't/wouldn't matter if another company was there while he was there. If I wanted to go with Percision, nothing else would have mattered. In conclusion, I want nothing from this company because JG speaks/represents the company, and I don't tolerate or like dishonesty and liars!!!!

Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door! A door cable snapped and I was able to schedule an online appointment for Monday morning. I received a confirmation text, a phone call the morning of, a photo of the technician, and a notification when they were on their way. Excellent communication! When Eric arrived, he was friendly and professional and had my door up and running in about a half hour. I was also appreciative that he presented me with a number of solution options and pricepoints and offered his own perspective as an experienced technician. They're already bookmarked for that fateful day when I'll have to replace the door entirely - 10/10 service!

I found myself needing a new garage door right before winter. Precision was able to come out the same day I called, and they had my new door installed within two weeks. (They had other openings, but my own schedule did not. They worked with me and got everything scheduled when it worked best for me.) My installer Stefan and his associate had everything installed in just a couple of hours, and they even took the old door and track away. Highly recommend.
