From my 1st call to Precision and scheduling for an appointment to the next day service for the repairs of my garage door was very well-organized and efficient process. I loved the technology they used for updating me (sending a text and email with a photo of the technician is a great way to make customers feel comfortable). Jason Lockwood (technician) was on time, friendly, and professional. I observed his work, and he explained everything that he was doing in detail. As an engineer, I like to know how things work. Jason explained all my options and he did not try to upsell me. All the work he did was done in no time at all (about an hour). Everything works great. I would definitely use them again. Yesterday around noon we found that our garage door would not open and both our cars were trapped inside (spring had snapped). I called precision and technician Shawn was at our doo within a couple of hours (having called personally to let us know when he would arrive). He was professional, pleasant and explained our options for repairs. He completed with work within an hour and went over everything he did and what I needed to know to properly maintain the door. We were extremely impressed by the quality of work, the precision team on the phone, Shawn and his work and totally blown away by the incredibly fast response!
