Overall great experience. Service tech, Mark Kucel, was friendly, courteous, and professional. He replaced the (dead) backup battery on my garage door opener and was patient enough to answer all my questions about lubrication and my wall keypad. Mark also did a thorough examination of my garage door and it's operations, leaving me confident that all is good for now. Thanks again!

Mr. Mark Kucel was an excellent serviceman. As you stated, very experienced with over 30 years of service. The repair didn't take very long. Only issue I had was that it took a very long time to get a call back from your Warranty Department so I knew what type of existing warranty I had on my garage door and hardware.

Precision Garage was GREAT!! The problem occurred around 3PM and within the hour, Technician Mark Kucel called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly.
