Hi, my name is Diane, I chose Precision Garage Door because of their website and all the years they have been in business. I got a next day appointment even though I called after 5pm the prior day. Brad Rambo was my tech & showed up promptly, polite & very knowledgeable. He went over all my options for a new opener & installed w/no problem. He was nice enough to remove grill & other obstacles that would be in his way & then put everything back. My experience with Brad was terrific, I can't say enough about his expertise & his polite fullness. I would recommend Brad to anyone I know. Thanks again Brad! Diane

I have dealt with Precision Garage Door Company for the last year and a half, and if I could give Nine Stars I would. Everyone, from office staff who take my calls, to the repairmen, surprise me with their thoughtfulness, quick response to address repair issues, knowledge, thoroughness, and strong desire to go above and beyond the call of duty. A general manager actually came out hours before the repair man, Jason, was available just to open my garage door so I could get my car out to leave for a scheduled doctor's appointment. How's that for service! Now, the cost of my last repair was higher than expected, however, I truly believe it was because EVERYTHING has gone up 300% in the last few years. I don't feel I was overcharged or taken advantage of

Great service. Amazingly fast response. Spring broke this morning around 9 a.m., cars were locked in garage. Their technician Pat Stevens came out at 11 a.m., and had it up and running within an hour. Super courteous and professional. Highly recommend Pat and their service.

We called Precision out to fix our garage door. After talking with the gentleman we decided a new door would be best. They came out yesterday bright and early and installed it. The young man did a great job explained everything to my husband. Would recommend them to anyone needing a new garage door.

I was extremely satisfied with the entire process from getting an inspection to the installation of the new garage door. The technician who came to assess and plan the replacement door was Brad Rambo. The approximate time given to get the replacement door ready was 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks a date was given to install the door. For installation, Joshua was the team leader. He showed 15 minutes earlier and within two hours the new garage door was installed.

This is the second time I used Precision. I called back since I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2021. Phone operator was very helpful. She was able to schedule me in just a few hours on a Sunday. Eric, the technician, was very efficient and knowledgeable... extremely nice too. He helped make an unpleasant inability to get out of garage, bearable!

Service was very quick and the person that came out was very nice and very professional. The chain on my garage door opener had come off and it turns out it was because the gears inside the opener were shot. The opener is probably 15 years old, so I was not surprised. What did surprise me was the quote to replace it. I was quoted 1490 dollars to install a standard residential garage door opener. That same "top of the line" opener I could purchase for 300-400 dollars, so 2 hours of labor to install they wanted over 1000 dollars! Highway robbery and just an attempt to get a sale hoping people don't have any clue what things cost. I went and purchased a new Chamberlain garage door opener for 209 dollars and installed it. If you need a simple repair they are probably great, the person I had come out seemed knowledgeable and polite, but their prices are ridiculous.

We had a great experience with Precision garage door. Dalton the young man was exceptional! He went over every way we could reduce the cost and what was perfect for our usage. He could see my husband had a hard time walking and said to me “ I will just move the stuff back in the garage behind the garage door motor as I don’t think he can do it! How sweet! My husband ask could we request him to install and he said “ Don’t worry we will be very happy with them”. We were very happy with both men. They too went out of their way to make sure our experience was great. One man was tall and thin and had a loud voice and the other was younger with a great smile. We would definitely recommend them.

We had our doors replaced by Josh. He was fast and efficient and explained the maintenance needed every 6 months. Only thing we didn’t get to go over was setting up the app/wifi for the openers I assume that is straightforward to set up. Thanks to Precision Garage Door for our new doors!

Had problems in evening with door closing. Called for help. Young lady answering the call was understanding, told me how to override the sensor, and set me up for an appointment for the following day. The Technician, Joe, called a little early, and was a delight to work with. He fixed the problem, and gave me additional information on troubleshooting and operation of the door. This company and their staff have been a joy to work with the entire time. Highly recommended.

My garage door wouldn't open so I called Precision and they sent a technician out the next day. Jordan showed me what the problem was and made a temporary fix. He ordered a part that was supposed to come in in 3 to 5 weeks. When it came in a different technician, Anthony, came and installed the new panels and the garage door is working just fine. I'm very happy with the service I've had from Precision and from their staff especially Jordan who determined the problem and Anthony who fixed it!

I had a perfect experience! I made an inquiry on google on a Sunday afternoon to four companies for a quote. Precision was the first to respond. I had some questions that were looked into and answered without delay. I received a site visit within an hour of my call! There is a fee to get a quote but it is applied to the total bill. I was very pleased with Charles who did my quote. He was very forthright and personable and the quote was very reasonable. I scheduled my job for 6 days out. It was done yesterday. Charles did the work and did a great job! He was very meticulous and thoughtful in his handling of this project and the total cost was less than originally anticipated. I am very pleased. Will call Precision again instead of company I used prior.
