Garage door broke on a Sunday afternoon and was able to get service the same day. Patrick called within minutes of making the appointment on line and arrived when promised. Did a great job and completed it in a couple hours. A storm passed through later that night and it felt good having the cars in the garage.

Our technician Jason Lockwood did an exceptional job of repairing our plus 15 year old garage door system. He had to replace the springs that broke that same morning as well as replacing parts in the tracking rails. The project really required a complete replacement of everything but the doors. We really appreciate his professional abilities and salute him on a job well done.

Door went at the worst time on a Sunday in the coldest part of winter. Service call came in the early evening and ultimately we needed a new door and system. The technician was awesome and an insulated door was the best decision we could have made.

I called because I thought i needed to have my garage door opener replaced. Brad Rambo looked at it and told me I didn't need a new opener but needed it fixed. He not only fixed the problem but looked at the door and did some repairs and maintenance that was needed. I now have a working opener and a much quieter working door! All this for less than half the cost of new opener!!

I called precision as my door opener needed new lights and no power to it. Jeff Blehm fixed the issue promptly. He thought the door was running hard so wanted to check a few things with the rollers and springs. Once he did this he gave me 3 options. I must admit I was surprised at how much but I am very glad I went with the 5 year warranty quote. The door runs much smoother with the new parts and I feel safer with a new spring. Thank you Jeff!

We had a great experience with this company. All the people we interacted with were polite and friendly - starting with the telephone operator who took my call at 9:00 pm on a Friday to the repairman who came the next morning, and to the installer of our new garage door who came a few days later. Our repair technician took the time to show us the parts that were worn, rusted and ready to break. He gave us options and answered all of our questions clearly and plainly. We decided to replace the 35 year-old door rather than repair it. The installation of the new door was fast, with minimal disruption to our household. The installer was respectful or our house and was very friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a garage door repair or replacement.

Called Percision Garage door about door trouble they came out the next day Matt was extremely give me showed me what the problem was and pointed out things that were going to be problems down the road give options for repairs completed the work quickly helped set the app up on my phone cleaned up when done and left after we were comfortable with the new door would highly recommend them
