My Liftmaster 8300 started to behave erratically with random open and closings. While that can be caused by a nearby remote for a different door, after while it became clear it was more than that. When possible prefer to have work done by community based companies in the Plymouth area and I found Precision Door and found their website offers online scheduling as soon as the same day. Brad came out and was professional from the start, even though I had requested a new opener, Brad took the time to do a through inspection of the door (pointing out some signs of wear that could become problematic in the future), he tested the opener and found some erratic behavior even in manual operation. Once he confirmed the balance of the door, the cables etc were fine I decided to go ahead and have the opener replaced with the latest Liftmaster 98022 model. Installation went well and Brad took the time to explain how and where to lubricate the hinges and spring for best operation. The original door installers never provided those details. Would also encourage folks to respond their rollers with the new nylon rollers. Door operated so quiet and smoothly now. Would highly recommend Precision Door.

I had my garage door cables replaced and lubed up. This doesnt sound like anything special but this happened on a Sunday. The door broke at 12:30 and was repaired by 3:30. Precision tech Jason was very knowledgeable but better yet very professional. This is my new company going forward for any garage door work.

Dylan was absolutely incredible. He took the time to not only give his recommendations, but also explained WHY he was specifically recommending those options. While this time we chose to just do spring and cable repair, we're already looking at options for replacing the door. This company is not trustworthy. Our garage spring broke. The repair cost was ridiculous. Wanted to replace everything and it was unnecessary. Just trying to scam us. When we decided to not accept the service guy got rude with me an and said we wouldnt find a repair cheaper. We did the next day. Paid 400$ opposite of there 1600$ estimate. Beware of this company

This is my second five star review for Precision Garage Door! The first was for the initial appointment with Jeff to get the door installed. Stephen installed my new garage door with the garage door opener and keypad! Stephen was able to start the job early did an excellent job on the install! The garage was clean with no debris left over. He took the old garage door and opener away. He showed me how to use my new door and programmed the key pad too! Stephen was professional and very kind. My Mom said will be getting her garage door from Precision Garage Door!

This was my first experience with Precision and I was very pleasantly surprised. They came out the same day I called accommodated my schedule. My tech Brad called 20 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he did a complete inspection of my door and opener and walked me through everything. In the end he came up with a couple of repair options and discussed each. No hard sale or up sale just honest discussion. I was expecting to have to set up an additional repair appointment but he was able to do it right away. All in all GREAT service at a reasonable price I couldnt be happier. I came home from work and could not open the garage door. Called Precision and they were here in a half hour. Mark pulled open the door and knew right away what part of the problem was. After explaining our three alternatives and showing us the problems he rebuilt the door in less than 2 hours. He was so nice. He even offered to say a prayer for our dog who was sick. Jeff was excellent. He called and informed me he was on his way. When he got to my home he introduced himself and I told him about what was going on with my garage door. He looked everything over and inspected everything. I need a new garage door, but they have affordable pricing and quick turn around time. On my initial call to the company they had quick appointment times and they sent me my appointment information by text and email. The receptionist was great too! They'll be coming out soon to put my door on!
