Tech Jeff G installed a new garage door opener and serviced our existing components. He was very thorough and did a fantastic job. He explained why and what he was doing. Very personable guy. The new Genie opener is a big step up in technology, with longer opener range , wi-fi, battery backup, good internal lighting and more. Highly recommend Jeff and Precision Door.

I found PRECISION on the web and put in a request (this was a Wednesday) for a service technician to come out. Within an hour I got a phone call to pick a time for Thursday when their technician could come out. Within the first 15 minutes he had found the problem. He gave me several options to get it repaired or replaced. We decided to replace. It took him 2.5 hours to complete the work, including showing me all the controls. Our technician Steve Wells was very knowledgeable and had the skills to work through a couple of issues that my garage throw at him. I would strongly recommend PRECISION to anyone with garage door problems.

Josh was very helpful. He made sure remote, car remote and app on my hone worked. Also had me use emergency key for opening the door. Told me about lubricating hinges every 4 months. He didnt tell me he used one of my extension cords to plug into plug near floor rather than using plug on rafters.

Stephen Freitas, Jr. did an excellent job! We had our weatherstrip replaced along the bottom of our double garage door and the weatherstripping on both sides. He didnt leave until I was satisfied and we are very pleased with the result. He was timely and polite and easy to work with. I highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service.
