I had an older door that popped off the tracks the day before we were supposed to leave on vacation. Mark Kucel was able to come out within an hour of calling. He pointed out the potential causes and damage. Unfortunately the door was beyond a quick fix, so a new door was suggested. Knowing of my vacation, Mark and his manager were able to secure an appointment for a new install first thing the next morning. Caesar Velasquez arrived on time to install the next day. He was friendly, polite and did good work with the new door install. He took the time to show how to maintain and lubricate everything when he was finished. Happy with the new door as it is much smoother and quieter. Prices seem a little high, but Precisions service and attentiveness was great.

Jeff showed up on time , the door didnt make the same noises that it has made for in the past , but with his experience he knew what I was as talking about he made some adjustments to the hinges and it worked much better with less noise. Excellent service from all at Precision Garage Door. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Garage door or garage door opener.

From start to finish, very professional and explained everything and answered all our questions. Best company, even got a job from my neighbor. A stand up company. Highly recommend. Dalton Rhodes actually came out to check on the condition of our garage door. After doing our homework, we choose Precision for our new garage door. Anthony DeJesus came out to install promptly on the day scheduled, always great communication, reviewed everything and maintenence. Very pleased overall.

He arrived prior to my window, listened to what I felt happened to the garage door and diagnosed the issue. He installed a new garage door opener, repeatedly tested it and finished up in a little over than an hour. Excellent service from the office to the Technician!

Called Precision to replace a broken spring on a Sunday. Technician Pat was prompt and professional. Gave me a thorough inspection of my door, asked about my maintenance, and went over everything in the quote. My springs were 10 years old, but all other parts 22 years old. After reviewing suspect components, I chose to have a door rebuild with a five year warranty. The door functions smooth and quiet again. Its amazing how things get old and noisy and you dont realize until it breaks. Thanks Pat / Precision Door!

Excellent service. It was very easy to set up an appointment. No waiting, they arrive as quickly as you need them. Jeff arrived on time & he was very professional. After we explained to Jeff what problems we were experiencing he looked both the garage door & opener over very carefully to determine the problem.
