Brad Rambo came on a Sunday, at a time when my garage door was stuck open. I didn't realize how much my garage door was not working, even before it broke completely. He did a great job, was gracious and pretty efficient. Everything was completed within and hour and a half. I got new pulleys, a new spring, new wheels, everything was lubricated. And I love my new garage door system! Highly reconnected this company and Brad.

Jessy came out and did an excellent job explaining what had to be done and what needed to be done so that I did not have any further issues. And yes, his work was impeccable. We really appreciated how prompt and professional Precision Garage Door was. We obtained several quotes for the repair/replacement of our garage and Precision was the one that we felt comfortable with knowing they would do it right the first time and not just try to sell us a quick fix that would require more work down the road. Precision was able to walk us through the entire process, explaining all our options, and provide recommendations. We now have a new functional garage door and cannot thank them enough! Jordan W. was great when coming out to assess and provide the quote and Steve F. was timely, friendly and did fantastic work with the replacement and explanation of everything we needed to know about the new door.
