I was impressed with his knowledge and how quickly the work was completed. We also had some additional preventative maintenance parts replace and the door is much quieter then before. We had a potentially catastrophic issue with one of our openers. Dalton Rhodes was sent to address our issue. Dalton calmly and professionally let me know what was wrong with not just one of my doors but all three. We decided to rebuild one door as that simply was unavoidable from a bad install. That door went through a long list of repairs and corrections. That door is now working great. We had a few maintenance issues performed on the other doors and they are now running smoother and safely. When those doors need to be replaced in the next few years, again bad install to begin with, we will go with Precision Door service and hopefully get Mr. Rhodes as the technician. Very pleased with the work and grateful for the honest assessment of the situation, possible solutions and corrective actions. Well done.

Josh arrived on a Friday and explained what was needed for a garage door and opener for replacement. He was very thorough and professional and showed me all the options I had. He scheduled for the replacement for the following Monday. Jaime, the technician, called 15 minutes before his arrival and was promptly on time. He installed the new garage door and opener in a matter of hours. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything I needed to know. Excellent customer service provided by Jeff P. He took the time to explain the problems with my garage door opener and provided me with multiple solutions to fit many budget scenarios. He was very professional and we never felt any pressure during the sales process. We felt he had our best interest and guided us through the process of getting the new opener and helped setup the MyQ app for the whole household. He made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving our home. I would highly recommend him to all my neighbors and friends in need of garage door service. BTW, the garage door is so quiet that it sounds like my Hybrid car (no sound at all).

Our garage door was in desperate need of some TLC. The door and opener were installed about 25 years ago but now it wouldn't pass a balance test and we had 2 broken rollers. Stephen Freitas, the tech that came to our rescue, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. When he arrived, he did a complete inspection of the entire system and then went into great detail on what should be done. He replaced everything except the door, torsion bar and tracks. Now it works perfectly and is so much quieter, we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any of your garage door needs. Thank you Stephen, you're awesome!
