The guy that showed up was nice, BUT, he took apart a piece of my door and didn't put it back together before he left, along with losing the bolt to hold it together so we had to search for something to fit so we could at least get the door open until we could get it fixed. They charge $75 just for a quote and they quoted almost $1500 for a conversion kit for damaged springs. Fawley Door does quotes for free and quoted almost $900 less the next day and fixed it right then. Shop local.

Mike M. Was my tech and very nice, respectful, quick. He called me when he was 15 mins and was right on time, explained what he saw wrong and then gave me the two choices to fix the few issues or just replace all the old parts to brand new, which I just went with all new because dont really want this to happen again in a week or month or when ever those old parts decide to go. Mike got it done quick and then explained how to lube all the parts to keep it working properly.
