Conner arrived early because he finished early with another customer. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After looking over the situation of my garage door we decided to have the garage door replaced it is 21 years old. He took a down payment on a new one.He told me someone would get in touch to make an appointment to have the new one installed.

Tyler Kerry was our technician from Precision Garage Door today. He did an excellent job repairing and replacing needed parts on our garage door. He also gave us 4 options to choose from before beginning the work. We also received a 7 yr warranting for parts and labor on the work he did. Our garage door wouldn't go up and had to manually open(5:00 am) so we could get to work, called the company at 8 am and was scheduled for someone to come out between 12:00 - 4:00, Technician called on his way and arrived before 12:30. Technician, Mitch Fiewig surveyed the situation and gave me a quote for repair and I asked for a quote on a new opener also, as my current one was 38 yrs old and very noisy. I agreed to the quote for repair and new opener and Mitch got to work right away. Mitch was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the repair and installation.
