Precision was the best! We had an odd size garage door that was old and needed replacing, they did a special order for us! Our tech, Steven that came out was very professional and courteous! After finishing he explained everything he did and showed me how to operate and properly maintain the new door and garage door opener, he hauled all the old door and parts away and cleaned everything! A+++ Precision!!!

The spring on my garage door broke and also caused the bracket on the garage door to break off that connects to the chain. Because of that, they recommended the garage door be replaced and I did. I was happy with the overall response time and the work done. I did feel the price was very high. In hindsight I would have gotten additional opinions and estimates and may have gone in a different direction.

I contacted Precision Garage Door Service to service and address issues I was having with my garage door. The garage door was installed during the time the house was built in 2001. I contacted Precision in 2009 to install a new garage door opener and they identified other minor service items (oiling the springs, etc.,) that needed to be addressed to extend the life of the garage door. This year (June 2025), I managed I managed to knock one of the door opener sensors out of place and was now having problems with lowering the door using the remote. I was able to schedule an appointment to have a service technician right away. Pat Stevens was the service tech who came out to assess the problem. Pat was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The issues I was experiencing were resolved by Pat in minutes. Although there were other age of garage related items I needed to address a year or two from now, I decided to have these items addressed while he was here. I highly recommend Pat Stevens and Precision Garage Door Service for your garage door repairs and garage door opener inspection or installation needs. If you are in need of a new garage door, Precision can assist you with this need as well.

Shout out to precision door for the prompt response to my garage door issue. Made the call and they were repairing my door less than two hours later. My garage door springs broke on me two days ago. I reached out to precision garage doors. They respond right away and sent that technician out the very next day. He came in, looked over everything and gave me the best possible for my action that we should take which I think was very helpful. He talked me through everything that he was about to do and what I can expect after he get finished I was very much With the work that he did and look forward to working with him again to install a new motor, but he was very professional. When the spring broke on our garage door, we called Precision Garage Door and they sent a technician out that same day. Jordan Wallace came out and appraised the situation, gave us a price, and returned the next day with the proper parts. Within 45 minutes , he had completed the repairs. He was right on time both days, efficient, friendly, and easy to work with.

Do not call this company! The price quote they gave was outrageous for a spring repair, $1552 compared to $400 from another company. I regret calling them at all as they also charge for estimates ($50). Save yourself $$$ and call someone else.

Garage came off the tracks and called the company late at night. They were out first thing in the morning. Shawn was great to work with and really did a great job and was done really fast, very reasonably priced. This was the 2nd time calling them out for my garage door. Ill be calling them for future work. thank you

My spring for my garage door broke and was not able to lift it manually- heavy duty and insulated. The service technicians Jeff G & Charlie showed up promptly, assessed the situation and provided 3 options with various price points. I opted to go with the rebuild/ replacement of ALL moving parts. They were great didnt try to push an agenda, simply provided me the facts and allowed me time to process options and outcomes. It didnt hurt when Jeff G and I discovered his wife and I work at Michigan Medicine, we actually work in the same chain of command- small world! My installer Stefan did a great job. He called while enroute to tell me when he would arrive and when through the details of what the job entailed. When completed, we went through all the features and programmed my keypad and car opener, and cleaned up. Very satisfied!
