My garage door was not working welland then stopped. I called Precision Garage Door. Appt was easy to schedule. Dalton came on time. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very good with explanations. As it turns out, the garage door/opener was not installed correctly. While he didnt have all the parts the first time, he came back the following day (a Saturday), worked for hours and essentially did a rebuild with a new garage door opener. The door has never worked as well as it does now. Thanks to Precision & Dalton. I highly recommend them.

We had a garage vs car mishap, and upon recommendation from a friend, we called Precision Garage Door Service. From start to finish every person we spoke with and met with were very kind and accommodating. Jason came out and gave us an estimate and Cesar Velasquez installed our door. Cesar patiently explained everything we needed to know. I very highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. It's a great company!

After a water leak fried my existing opener, I was able to get an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service first thing the next morning (didnt attempt to schedule the appointment until the evening before)! Steve Wells, technician, confirmed my suspicions and did an excellent job of explaining what occurred, and presenting me with my options. He handled everything on the spot and set up all of the accessory equipment! Very happy with the service and the product!

I accidentally knocked my garage door out of the track on one side. We were having a garage sale the next day, so Precision sent Joey C. out that very afternoon. He was so nice, very calming, since I was freaked out! He fixed the door quickly and for a reasonable price too!! I would definitely use this company again!!!

Great experience with Precision. I am an out-of-state owner of a rental unit in Chesterfield Township. I was in town to check on my rentals and was informed by my tenant that the garage door was seemingly unbalanced. It would shake and jitter when you opened and closed with the garage door opener. I was only going to be in town for a couple more days, but was able to contact Precisions after hours phone service on a Saturday night and they were able to make an appointment for me on Monday, first thing in the morning. The technician, Jason, contacted me a half hour before he arrived so that I was able to meet him at the complex. He was right on time. He was very friendly and kind and easy to communicate. He diagnosed the issue with the garage door immediately as I opened it and was able to make the repair right then! It took him less than an hour to do the torsion conversion and change the rollers and the torsion spring. I would highly recommend this company and especially Jason Lockwood.
