I had Dylan come out to do maintenance on my garage door because it seemed louder when it went up and down than it was in the past. Dylan educated me on the problem and offered three different levels of solutions. Giving me the good, better, best scenarios and pricing helped make the decision to fix the door at a price that fit my budget. Dylan was professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with him and I appreciate the warranty on the repair which gives me peace of mind that I won't have unexpected repair bills going forward. I had Precision come out prior to this about a year ago to install a new battery on my garage door opener so I knew they were a good and reputable company to work with.

I was extremely pleased with MY tech Matthew Boutin . He was polite and easy to talk to , informative and answered all my questions . My garage door was in a sorry state and chose Precision because of the comments I read on their website , I am happy to say Matthew exceeded all the wonderful comments . The reason I called Precision Garage Door because in January 2020 I had a sudden door problem and a daughter called and a technician was able to come right away. It was chaotic because we had a death in the family. He was prompt and did a great job. My recent garage door problem happened at the end of last week. I called the next morning after Memorial Day. Again I could get an appointment and in an hour the technician was here. He assessed the problem, showed me 3 choices and completely let me decide which choice I wanted. He estimated it would take 1 hour, which it did. He had explained the problem, and afterwards showed what he had done. He was friendly, very professional, treated me with respect, explained how I can help with maintenance. Thank you!

He was very courteous, helpful and resourceful with all information to resolve my problem. He did a full inspection of the Door the door opener and all moving parts. He explained all the curent issues and any future issues that might come up. He replaced the Door Opener Key Pad, programed it and gave full instructions on how it works. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door Services and would recommend Precision for a New Garage Door and or Services needed.

My first experience with a technician pushing repair packages over the years of garage door problems, it’s always been “ they see the problem, and they fix it.” I suppose he did what he was trained to do ,and he did it well. Very professional! But don’t try to sell me on things I don’t need. I worry that these techniques for over-the-top sales gimmicks may confound other senior citizens to purchase things they don’t need. Thank you

Mr. Mark Kucel was an excellent serviceman. As you stated, very experienced with over 30 years of service. The repair didn't take very long. Only issue I had was that it took a very long time to get a call back from your Warranty Department so I knew what type of existing warranty I had on my garage door and hardware.
