Pat Stevens of Precision Garage Door did an outstanding job replacing the bottom gasket to my garage door. He recognized that the old gasket was no longer made and then fabricated a base for the new gasket. Everything looks great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would hire him again.

Jeff was great. He called to ask if he could come early and it worked out perfect! He inspected and explained the issue of the door. Gave an honest overview of the problem and explained the repair. The door is sooooo quiet now. Jeff took the time to show me how and when to do easy maintenance and explained the warranty. Great service. Great communication from start to finish!!0

This place has quite the scam going on. One guy comes out early gives you some exorbitant price for repair. You say that wont work for you. The next guy comes out closer to you appointment wants to look at the problem. You tell him someone has already given you a price and you are not interested. He acts confused. Do not use this company!!

It's easy to setup an appointment using their website but other than that there isn't much positive to say. The technician didn't even bother trying to determine the root cause of the issue, just jumped to concluding it needed to be replaced. Also tried to gaslight me into thinking you can't buy a genie garage opener at the local Lowes after I repeatedly told him I saw it for $200. After buying 2 garage door reinforcement struts from menards for $40, I fixed the panel sagging issue and the garage door is back in full service, good as new. I thought the technician would come with a few extra struts handy in the big van and would have done it for me, it literally took me 30 minutes to do myself.

Precision was the best! We had an odd size garage door that was old and needed replacing, they did a special order for us! Our tech, Steven that came out was very professional and courteous! After finishing he explained everything he did and showed me how to operate and properly maintain the new door and garage door opener, he hauled all the old door and parts away and cleaned everything! A+++ Precision!!!

The spring on my garage door broke and also caused the bracket on the garage door to break off that connects to the chain. Because of that, they recommended the garage door be replaced and I did. I was happy with the overall response time and the work done. I did feel the price was very high. In hindsight I would have gotten additional opinions and estimates and may have gone in a different direction.

I contacted Precision Garage Door Service to service and address issues I was having with my garage door. The garage door was installed during the time the house was built in 2001. I contacted Precision in 2009 to install a new garage door opener and they identified other minor service items (oiling the springs, etc.,) that needed to be addressed to extend the life of the garage door. This year (June 2025), I managed I managed to knock one of the door opener sensors out of place and was now having problems with lowering the door using the remote. I was able to schedule an appointment to have a service technician right away. Pat Stevens was the service tech who came out to assess the problem. Pat was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The issues I was experiencing were resolved by Pat in minutes. Although there were other age of garage related items I needed to address a year or two from now, I decided to have these items addressed while he was here. I highly recommend Pat Stevens and Precision Garage Door Service for your garage door repairs and garage door opener inspection or installation needs. If you are in need of a new garage door, Precision can assist you with this need as well.
