Tio and Johnny were very professional, polite, on time, and very efficient. They both deserve 5 stars. The cost was the reason I only gave 4 stars. $1200 to replace the garage door spring in less than an hour is way too much.

Mike came to replace the T lock on the large door on a Sunday. In addition he inspected the door and lubricated it. He took his time, which I much appreciated. He thoroughly looked over my door and explained what was wrong with it. In addition he recommended some things he thought I may want or need. At the end he walked me through everything he did. Also he mentioned the age of my door was 2012. Thst was impressive that he took the time to figure that out for me. He was highly professional for the entire process. My door is opening smoothly and the new lock is great. The company is available 7 days a week. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thanks Mike for A1 service.

He had been to the house about two weeks prior for a similar issue but it wasn't the same issue he fixed before. He was very polite, diagnosed the new issue and repaired it quickly. After walking us through the needed repairs, he completed the work quickly and restored our 30-year-old door in no time. Mark was very knowledgeable and courteous in addressing the problem with our garage door opener and remote. His inspection of the whole system was thorough assuring me that everything was in good working condition. Our opener is 11 years old and doesn't show any signs of wear. Remote needed to be reprogrammed. Precision garage door are the professionals we turn to!
