We called Precision Garage Door Service and Eric Hathaway came to our home the same day I called. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. It was an intermittent problem but he was able to diagnose and resolve it quickly. He allowed me to watch him work and was very patient answering my questions and explaining what he was doing and why. He also took the time to look at our doors (one single and one double) and openers and offer advice for future maintenance. I was very impressed with him and with Precision Garage Door and got his card and stickers for the doors so if I have any issues in the future, I will definitely call! The price was very reasonable.

Jordan came to my house at 8.30 am. He called first and told me he would be here in 15 minutes. He was and he was very professional, clean cut and knowledgeable. It was a pretty easy fix but it was driving us crazy for months. Showed me some things, told me some things and lubricated the hinges on the garage door( did you know you are suppose to do that twice a year?). Anyhow, in a matter of minutes my garage door was fixed, changed my code, showed me how to change it, and now all buttons work! Thank you Jordan!! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

My spring broke on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning and got an appointment within 2 hours for the same day. BRAD RAMBO was my technician and was GREAT!! Brad called me to say he was on the way and arrived on time. He checked out the whole door assembly, parts and pieces. Everything he found was fully explained to me. There were a few parts that also needed to be replaced as well. Brad was very efficient in gathering the new parts and installing them. Brad made the repairs look easy. After Brad was done the door worked just like new with a warranty on the new parts.
