First, and foremost, I appreciated the fact that Precision had a live person answering the phone. Not an automated system. My technician was in immediate communication with me once my service order was placed. Matthew Boutin, was very professional as he showed me what the issues with my garage system were. He even went so far as to tell me what each part's role was with my system. Matthew provided several quotes, with great detail, so that I could make an educated decision. Once my choice was made, Matthew got right to work and finished the job to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Precision and Matthew in the future. Had a spring break over the weekend and called Precision. Tech came out same day at scheduled time. Told me I needed 2 new springs, cables and new bearings. Quoted out 3 different packages ranging from $1900-$1200 all of which sounded ridiculous to me. I ended up calling another local garage repair business and had both springs and cables replaced for $395. They also said my bearings looked good but would recommend switching them next time I need a spring replacement. He said those would be $65/ea. End of the day I saved $805 on the repair. My advice, shop around. These guys are WAAAY OVERPRICED. Gave 2 stars because the tech showed up on time and was friendly.

Out Technician Steve Wells was right on time friendly and professional. He went over our door top to bottom and showed the parts that were warn and needed repair. He also pointed out the parts that were in good shape and the maintenance we should do quarterly to keep them in shape. Very pleased with the entire process. Our experience with Precision was great. Tim Mason came out and did an evaluation after wed been having trouble with our door/opener. His findings were precise and meaningful for our safety and convenience. He gave us a breakdown on cost and installation for a new door and opener with several options. The next day Jason came out and installed our and opener efficiently and gave us the walk through on its operation and owner care. Two hours or so to put in our new product after clearing out our old stuff was amazing.

We needed our garage door srviced as it came off the track and couldn't get our cars out of garage Dalton came out on Sunday 10/4, was able to get door open to remove both cars. Dalton pointed out that our garage door was over 20 years old, and we decide to purchase new door. On Friday, 10/17 Josh arrived as scheduled, walked us thru everything he was to do. He came at 9:00,and by noon was finished. Josh explained what he did and answered every question. I want to give both Dalton and Josh , and hope that Precision Door rewards them for the GREAT employees they have.
