A soring broke this afternoon and I called Precision immediately. Technician Dylan Smith-Gailey was there in about an hour and inspected the door and thoroughly explained the options. I chose to have a re-build of the door, and he worked quickly and efficiently and then explained a number of points about maintenance of the door and system which I really appreciated. Overall, the price was very good. I am very pleased with the quick response time and the work done. Dylan did an excellent job!

Five stars are not enough!!! This is the second time Precision Garage Door Service has come to my rescue on a Sunday, and within a couple hours had my garage door working beautifully. The first was in my former home, so when the garage door opener in my new condo started acting demon possessed, of course I immediately called Precision. The next morning (a Sunday) at 8am, Joey the garage door expert arrived. I love the fact that Precision sent me a text with his picture BEFORE he arrived! Joey explained what was wrong with my current garage door opener, then gave me several options & prices to remedy the problem. He gave me exactly what I asked for: a new garage door opener with battery back up, and an outside key pad. Joey had the installation complete in less than 2 hours! Then he clearly explained the operation of the new opener, answered all my questions, cleaned up the worksite and even removed the old opener. And Joey did all that with a polite respectful attitude. Precision Garage Door is an exemplary company with well trained techs and reasonable prices. If your garage door needs attention, call Precision, they're the best.

Overall great experience. Service tech, Mark Kucel, was friendly, courteous, and professional. He replaced the (dead) backup battery on my garage door opener and was patient enough to answer all my questions about lubrication and my wall keypad. Mark also did a thorough examination of my garage door and it's operations, leaving me confident that all is good for now. Thanks again!

Our garage door stopped working because of a raccoon and other reasons. I called Precision Garage Door because they had installed our garage door over 15 years ago. Scheduling was easy and Steve arrived promptly the next day. He gave me a Good, Better, Best quote and made recommendations based on the condition of the door. (16 years old). I chose the Good quote. Steve was done in a little over an hour with bearings, lubrication, and new springs. He was kind and helpful. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the cost. I did not get other quotes and that is on me but for the cost I could almost purchase a new garage door. The garage door does run very well now. I appreciate that and the quick response and service. Insanely expensive. $470 for just the bottom rubber when I asked for all the seals replaced. They want "at least an additional $300" to come back to do what we thought we had agreed on replacing all rubbers. Hard upsell attempts at insane prices. No meeting of the minds on what "all rubber" replacement is, what an expensive waste of money.

I had a key pad failure on one of my garage doors. I went on line to make an appointment. To my surprise, I was able to secure an appointment for the next day. Patrick came out and was able to complete the required repair sooner than expected. While here, Patrick re-lubed both of our doors. The quick response to my service call along with Patrick's friendly approach confirms why I selected Precision Garage Door to install our new operators and doors. Locked out of garage during 5 day power outage. Used the emergency cable and it did not disengage. They came out on a holiday weekend. Issue was fixed within 15 minutes. Precision Garage Door has provided service to us on multiple occasions since 2017. Our most recent service request was called at 7pm and a human answered. No voicemail! Scheduled the appointment for service with them for when it worked for us. The tech - Mike Jolly called in advance and arrived when scheduled. Mike thoroughly investigated our issues, recommended multiple options for a replacement and performed the replacement quickly. Mike also was very helpful with downloading the app to my phone to use it as an opener. I hope Precision takes the time to recognize him for the outstanding work he did.
