I chose Precision because of their web presence. I’m glad I did. Our technician was very wise in the way of garage doors. He seemed to know all there is to know about our system. He was patient, and took time to explain what our problem was, and a couple of options to fix it. He gave us a senior’s discount without our asking. He resolved the electronics issue in ten minutes, and then answered all of our questions about our system. It was a pleasant and informative appointment, he is among the few service providers we will remember as being excellent, leaving us with our problems fully resolved and much more informed about the many features of our system we did not know even existed. The education alone was worth the money we paid him. We are very satisfied with Precisions service, and will call only Precisions for our automatic garage door system. Scott and Lauree

We highly recommend Precision Door Company for garage door repairs and service. Brian the highly skilled PDC technician replaced the springs, wires, hinges and installed a new garage door opener. He completed all these complicated tasks in just over an hour on a Sunday morning. He took the time to explain everything too. Eric arrived shortly after the notification he was on the way. I had been having problems with new remote openers and door adjustments. He resolved all issues with them and also installed a locking emergency door release I requested. He also reprogrammed the door side opening pushbutton digital code which had been out of operation. Eric provided some general explanation for all the programming needed. Efficient, quick and helpful. This was a very good experience for me.

Your man Brian not only corrected it, he did a complete inspection of the door itself and found some areas which needed attention. Door was repaired but took too visits. Tech was very polite and good.Only mishap was when he remover tension on door springs and lowering the door one of steel lines sapped and broke one of the insulated glass windows of which I need to have made.
