Cesar (technician) from Precision installed my new garage door. He was very professional and thorough. Cesar explained what to do to keep my garage door in perfect shape after installation. The garage door was of the utmost quality. My neighbors say I was getting a new garage door, stopped and asked Cesar for a business card. I enjoyed my entire experience with Precision Garage and will definitely recommend them to others. I'll also be buying my garage door opener soon from them. Awesome service.

Brian replaced the torsion spring on my garage door as well as other moving parts that were adding resistance to the mechanism. He also gave me maintenance tips to to make sure it lasts longer. I am happy with the quality of work. Service was very prompt as well. I will use them again for maintenance.

IF YOU want to pay 3 times the price of other garage companies these are your guys. 75.00 non refundable service call . Then they chatge 3 times as much as other places. They will show up fast but your gonna pay way to much for their services.

I didn't receive/ see the quote for maintenance check and parts/labor, but somewhat aware of the cost. Not able to put a new weather strip on the bottom of the door, didn't grease/lube rollers because they had plastic parts and didn't do the other things because "they were fine". Replaced 2 hinges to metal ones because plastic ones were cracked but unable to effectively replace plastic hindges. Technician was nice and answered my questions and my door is very old, however. New doors are way too expensive and looking to further the life of the one I have on my budget. They came out shortly after I made my on- line appt, which was Great! If I had to call again for service I might try another company to see if I get the same answers. The door still clunks down and makes noise but a little quieter with new hinges. I do have piece of mind of knowing what's wrong with it going into winter, especially since I park in the garage. I guess I was expecting more and didn't get it and not 100% confident in explanation as to why . Just that I might get another year or so out of the door I currently have...before needing to replace.

I called around 2 pm and got a appointment the same day for between 4 and 8 pm. The technician was here around 4:30 pm and did a full inspection of the door. Not just what I called about. He gave me the results of the inspection with 3 options of work to have done. I chose just to have the inside wall mount opener button replaced that was no working at this time. The technicians name was Josh Crudup. He was vary nice, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I was not pressured into haven't more done that I could afford at this time. I will definitely call precision garage door again for any future repairs

I called Precision this morning wanting some maintenance done on my garage doors. They were both squeaky and didn't seem easy to open anymore. Tim Mason came out in about 2hrs. He adjusted my tracks. Replaced wheels. Adjusted springs and more. They work effortlessly now and I couldn't be happier. Will be calling them for all my garage door needs from now on. What a very professional establishment with very professional individuals working for them.

Jeff G , my Service man thoroughly inspected my lift mechanism and found the aging system needed Major parts replaced. He showed me where my system failed, the reason for the repairs and the cost involved. He proceeded to complete the work in a very efficient manner.

He explained everything, fixed our door and installed a much needed pin pad opener. He went above and beyond what we had asked for. Precision Garage Doors technician Jeff Bhelm came out to service my request for a garage door today, August 13, 2025 for remote opener replacement. He said he was required to inspect my garage door too. He showed me "three (3) small metal cracks" inside the door when raised and said they could pose a safety hazard if not replaced. I only called for a garage door opener replacement not a sales pitch for a new door! However I called PGD because of their TV commercials. Perhaps in the near future I will.probably consider them for a new garage foor. Jeff was just doing his job and left a brochure just in case... I was satisfied with the new garage door opener programmed to my existing system. Service call charge is $75.00 however it is part of the inspection tion
