The repair man was nice, quick, efficient, and seemed knowledgeable. He didn't try to have me do more repairs than I needed, and was prompt on both visits. He Replaced the weather stripping on the bottom of the door, took about 20 min and was out the door. Thanks!

I would like to say thank you to Terry Smith. He is a very nice and professional, and had a nice disposition too. He achieved the work of the garage door installed, in the time that was projected. Terry explained how to work the remotes, keypads, and key lock keys. He showed me how to use the garage door spray on the 10 hinges only. He took care of all paperwork, and called his office to get bill paid receipt, to be sent thru the mail for dad and me. He was very kind and neat. Thank you so much Terry Smith.

Joey fixed 4 issues for me today. He listened well, asked good questions, and diagnosed the problems quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, explained everything well and offered his recommendations on each of the four issues. The price was reasonable! I definitely recommend Precision Door of SW and Mid Michigan He showed up on time, called to let me know he was 20 minutes away. Awesome Repair person and Great Guy.

My garage door was installed by a very competent installer (Joshua Abt) who did an amazing job. The door itself is very nice. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the salesman who I felt, worked me like a used car salesman. Also it took 7 weeks to get my garage door installed. But it was worth the wait. That's why I gave it 4 stars.

The technician, Jordan Wallace, showed up promptly. He explained eveything in a very simple to understand way. There was no technical jargon used. There was no upselling either. A couple of recommendations were suggested only. The installation took no time at all. I am very pleased.

From our initial phone call with Percision Garage Door, we knew they were different than the rest. They answered the phone and scheduled our service for the next day, a Saturday, right then. On Saturday morning, Eric Heckroth our technician texted, that he was on his way, & came out early. Eric was friendly and knowledgeable and explained, in detail what was replaced and why. We had a full rebuild, 2 Powder-Coated Torsion Springs, Center, Left & Right End Bearing, Precision Green Rollers, Left & Right 10, Torsion Cable 7,Vertical Track 7. All our needs were met From the Receptionist to Eric they are very customer service oriented!

Jeff Blehm was great! He was professional, prompt, and prepared. He called me to let me know he could come early if that worked for me. He let me know about other issues with my garage that could affect the garage door functioning and even suggested fixes for those. He was here and finished in under an hour and everything is working perfectly now. He showed me how to grease the door at the points that it needs it and how often. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

This morning my garage door stopped working. I called Precision Garage Door Seevice & was able to book a repair appointment same day within a few hours! Mike Jolly was our technician. Absolutely Amazing experIence! He was very professional, very thorough & knowledgeable about his work! I felt completely safe & in good hands!
