I looked at a number of Garage Door repair businesses on line , several looking good but something just impressed me. I looked at the reviews and the personnel, and many looked like they were skilled. I really liked the technician Jeff and saw he had 100% good reviews. Lo and behold he was my repair man. He knew immediately what I needed and gave me 3 options to choose from. I opted for the one that fit my needs and budget that was in the middle. The wire was first class with great explanation what was replaced. Love the 5 year warranty and glad I chose Precision. Mindy in the office was also very helpful in setting up the appointment which was very timely and well fit in my schedule. Received a new spring, cables, and rollers. Am glad I chose this company!

Contacted another company because my remote garage door key pod stopped working. Their employee told me to go to Lowes and purchase a new one my self read the instructions and do it myself. I am a female over 70 years of age so I hung up on him and contacted Precision who was very helpful and came out the same day. Dylan went over every step with me showed me some things that was also going on with my garage door. So I ended up ordering a whole new door. Just think if the other company had did this they would have gotten the money. I will always contact Precision.

Pat gave us a courtesy call first before heading to my house. He arrived on time ,examined the garage door issues, and gave us a various quotes/options. Then, he patiently explained the difference and recommended the best option base on his experience. Then, he finished the job professionally and politely went through the operation process, maintenance, and warranty. Overall, professional & polite. I would look for precision garage door if I have garage door issues.

I used this company for the first time a few years ago and was very pleased with the technician. I had another issue with my door yesterday and needed to have the cables replaced. BEWARE. The service tech was upselling the entire time and tried to charge 3x what it should cost to replace a spring. Bad business!!!

My daughter's garage door broke and she was very satisfied with Precision's service. On my way to work in the morning my garage door would not close completely. After work I called Precision and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and was able to schedule a service man that day. The young man was pleasant and professional and repaired my door. This is the third time I have had my door serviced by precision. They were prompt in answering and scheduling my appointment, arrived on time, investigated, discussed issues and made necessary repairs. The first visit was a spring replacement; so material held up as expected. Last visit was a warranty issue. Again tech was A1. On time, personable, did the repair, explained issue, and made adjustments to minimize future issues. I give both the tech and Precision 5 stars. Thank you!

Wow! Dalton was extremely knowledgeable and installed a Liftmaster to replace our old Genie. It is so smooth and quiet that we actually stood there and made it go up and down several times to enjoy it. He also explained service requirements and was a pleasure to work with. I chose Precision because of their web presence. I’m glad I did. Our technician was very wise in the way of garage doors. He seemed to know all there is to know about our system. He was patient, and took time to explain what our problem was, and a couple of options to fix it. He gave us a senior’s discount without our asking. He resolved the electronics issue in ten minutes, and then answered all of our questions about our system. It was a pleasant and informative appointment, he is among the few service providers we will remember as being excellent, leaving us with our problems fully resolved and much more informed about the many features of our system we did not know even existed.
