My battery backup needed to be replaced. I called and was able to have a technician scheduled for the next day. My technician Brian was very professional and quickly assessed the situation. Garage door was significantly off the tracks and could not be closed. I got a same day appointment on a Saturday, the technician Shawn arrived within the specific window and fixed my door in about an hour. No aggressive up-sell, he told me my options/prices for replacing certain parts or the whole door, but got my door re-hung and working properly for a very reasonable price. Super pleased as a new customer and I will definitely be back when it's time for a new door.

Everyone at Tri-County Sportsmans League loves our garage door from Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan. The whole process was easy from beginning to end. The door design is very attractive, and has smooth & easy movement. Love the color! We had a hot mess for a garage door before Precision. Our rails used to be low, and everyone would gouge their heads on them. It was an old style that would go outward before it would go downward, the wind had caught it a few times, so it was bent, and we used a cinder block to hold it simi shut, (it didn't close all the way). Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan fixed all those problems! We no longer gouge our heads, the door moves easy and lightly, we no longer need the cinder block, and it looks attractive. We love it! Thank you Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan! And thank you for sponsoring the Tri-County Sportsmans Challenge. Steve came out quickly and fixed our Large door that was not working after the power outage. He was courteous professional and did a great job! He also lubricated the door and gave me the rest of the can of Precision silicone type spray to me for future use. We will definitely use them when we are ready to replace the opener.

A soring broke this afternoon and I called Precision immediately. Technician Dylan Smith-Gailey was there in about an hour and inspected the door and thoroughly explained the options. I chose to have a re-build of the door, and he worked quickly and efficiently and then explained a number of points about maintenance of the door and system which I really appreciated. Overall, the price was very good. I am very pleased with the quick response time and the work done. Dylan did an excellent job!

Five stars are not enough!!! This is the second time Precision Garage Door Service has come to my rescue on a Sunday, and within a couple hours had my garage door working beautifully. The first was in my former home, so when the garage door opener in my new condo started acting demon possessed, of course I immediately called Precision. The next morning (a Sunday) at 8am, Joey the garage door expert arrived. I love the fact that Precision sent me a text with his picture BEFORE he arrived! Joey explained what was wrong with my current garage door opener, then gave me several options & prices to remedy the problem. He gave me exactly what I asked for: a new garage door opener with battery back up, and an outside key pad. Joey had the installation complete in less than 2 hours! Then he clearly explained the operation of the new opener, answered all my questions, cleaned up the worksite and even removed the old opener. And Joey did all that with a polite respectful attitude. Precision Garage Door is an exemplary company with well trained techs and reasonable prices. If your garage door needs attention, call Precision, they're the best.

Our garage door stopped working because of a raccoon and other reasons. I called Precision Garage Door because they had installed our garage door over 15 years ago. Scheduling was easy and Steve arrived promptly the next day. He gave me a Good, Better, Best quote and made recommendations based on the condition of the door. (16 years old). I chose the Good quote. Steve was done in a little over an hour with bearings, lubrication, and new springs. He was kind and helpful. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the cost. I did not get other quotes and that is on me but for the cost I could almost purchase a new garage door. The garage door does run very well now. I appreciate that and the quick response and service. Insanely expensive. $470 for just the bottom rubber when I asked for all the seals replaced. They want "at least an additional $300" to come back to do what we thought we had agreed on replacing all rubbers. Hard upsell attempts at insane prices. No meeting of the minds on what "all rubber" replacement is, what an expensive waste of money.
