Steve Wells is the technician that came out to replace our broken spring. He was very courteous and personable, he offered repair options and we selected the Better Option Restore package replacing all moving parts. He arrived on time and completed the repairs in one and a half hours. We were very happy with his service! Also, your email and text communications were very helpful, even to be able to see his expected arrival!

We had seen or heard Precision garage door advertised many times so decided to do some research. I found the entire process of scheduling, choosing an option and installation very easy. I went online to schedule on a Friday and our technician was out Saturday morning installing a nice new and quiet opener for us.

Dalton arrived on time at my residence. The garage door was not closing properly. Dalton was accompanied by a trainee, Deyonte ( Sp?) Together they conducted an assessment of the garage door and opener system and quickly determined the problem. Both of them communicated well, explaining the problem and how they would adjust the system to correct the problem. The service provided was fast, friendly, and efficient! I will call them again in the future should any problems arise. Precision Door also installed a new garage door for me three years ago. The door and the operating system have been trouble free since installation. The trouble experienced today with the door was due to objects being placed to close to sensors and wiring. Precision door is a quality business with excellent customer service and excellent products.

Request an appointment for replacing a broken spring. Got quotes for every possible ups option, and technician would not quote spring replacement. Minimum price was $1,100 without explanation of need for upsell. Charged $75 (expected) and refused to quote spring replacement only, so I had no choice but to refuse any upsell service. I will happily share my experience with neighbors and friends at every opportunity. Competitors came just as quick and performed requested service for $400, fully satisfying their new customer.

My approximately 30-year-old garage door opener finally died over the weekend. I decided to go with Precision to have a new opener installed. Brian Ciminelli, Technician, was professional, answered all my questions, and also talked about options to replace additional hardware parts on the garage door mechanism (original springs, rollers and other hardware), and provided three different quotes depending on how much he would replace/install. I did not feel like I was getting a hard sell, and he addressed and thought of things I never thought of. The door opens and closes quieter than it ever has, I now have a battery backup model for the inevitable power failure, and peace of mind knowing that everything is newer and operating much more smoothly. Technician Joey arrived within less than 2hrs into the 4hr window I was given in my early morning call. He was very pleasant and efficient, explaining every detail in diagnosing the issue(s) with our garage door and opener. He estimated under an hour for the repairs and completed them in just over 1/2 hr and that included making a couple of maintenance-type adjustments that were not part of the specific repair he was summoned for.
