I called Precision to have the bottom seals replaced on my two 9 foot doors. When I called I specified that they were Wayne Dalton doors. The work was scheduled for the next day, Tuesday, sometime between 2 and 6. Tech called and showed up at 3. After looking over the work I was informed he didn't have the correct part, it was being picked up that day and he could come back tomorrow and do the work. I couldn't that day so we set it up for Thursday morning, no time specified, and he would call before coming. I then got a call Thursday morning from the office saying that we needed to scheduled the work. I informed them of what the tech had said and they said he shouldn't have told me that because he was to do other work in Kalamazoo, that they were very busy and some other work had been double booked. I then cancelled. "Precision Garage Doors, Garage Doors Done Right.", just not right now.

Been waiting two months for common garage door parts with precious little communication from the company or an accurate estimate on the delivery. Half of the invoice was paid up front.

I would probably never use your company in the future. I was charged $320 for 25 minutes of labor, which I feel is excessive. I reached out to the company for some sort of relief or explanation and was told that adjusting the spring was dangerous and that wss the going rate. I also had a handle installed that failed after two lifts of the garage door. The company did say they would send someone over tomorrow to fix the handle. Stay tuned.
