Helpful texts and emails with scheduling information, providing a 2 hour window and a photo of the technician who would arrive. I received a phone call 25 minutes before he arrived. He was earlier than the 2 hour window, which he confirmed would be ok with my schedule. The technician's name was Jordan and he was very professional, pleasant, and informative.
