I called yesterday for a repair on our garage door. We had an appointment today between 10-12 AM. A very nice technician Conner Scene arrived at around 10:30 and had been keeping in touch as when he would arrive. He did a very nice job of repairs. We had never needed Precision before so were new customers and they took care of our problem very quickly. Thank you to all.

I called on Saturday morning and was surprised that they would be able to provide service the same day. The service tech, Jesse, showed up in the early P.M., as promised. He was pleasant and competent and without knowing what the issue was, had the parts needed to repair the door on his service van. Took about 1½ . Door works great.

Previously I thought I had solved my garage door problem in Holland, with another company - but that was a waste of my time and money! I called Precision - having used them in New Mexico and Precision's service here in Holland went beyond expectations: from initial troubleshooting and estimate with Tyler, to scheduling and eligible discount options with Eileen, and install by Kaleb. Thank you all for your service and kindness. These are tough times with greed and grift attacking the world. I am grateful for delivery of my new door and motor - I wasn't looking to spend $$ on a garage door. Those funds were intended for a very different joy on my bucket list. But Life happens as we plan and that is no fault of yours.
