Stephan Sinko was the technician. He and his helper were on time, efficient, and skilled. They were friendly, and cleaned up properly. They removed the old garage door, and installed new tracks, hangers, springs and door in under two hours. Precision Door is my go-to company.

Austin B. did a great job! Gave me 40min heads-up call prior to arriving in the agreed upon 2hr window. Provided a range of estimates on new openers to let me decide what's right for my needs. He showed me the basics of operating and programming the system. Very professional and replaced my opener in roughly an hour. Would call them again without hesitation.

I had my appointment set up for 10am and Tyler called at 9am. He was on his way in...this is what I call "on time to do business " he came over and got the job done quick and safe. John was very helpful and informative. We are very pleased with John's service. He was able to change the springs and inspect the remaining parts / door. We did decide to replace the door witch will replace all the hardware as well. Waiting for the remaining product to be installed.
