Zack was on time, pleasant and patient. He listed to my goals and issues for the service call, noted some of my concerns were unjustified, and pointed out other issues that were not an imminent threat but could be in the near future. No work out of my original concerns was pressed, and options as to work scope carefully explained. Work was done quickly, and both garage doors now operate more smoothly and quietly. Austin was thorough but could not find an issue after opening and closing it several times. Our garage door wouldn't go up and had to manually open(5:00 am) so we could get to work, called the company at 8 am and was scheduled for someone to come out between 12:00 - 4:00, Technician called on his way and arrived before 12:30. Technician, Mitch Fiewig surveyed the situation and gave me a quote for repair and I asked for a quote on a new opener also, as my current one was 38 yrs old and very noisy.
