It's easy to setup an appointment using their website but other than that there isn't much positive to say. The technician didn't even bother trying to determine the root cause of the issue, just jumped to concluding it needed to be replaced. Also tried to gaslight me into thinking you can't buy a genie garage opener at the local Lowes after I repeatedly told him I saw it for $200. After buying 2 garage door reinforcement struts from menards for $40, I fixed the panel sagging issue and the garage door is back in full service, good as new. I thought the technician would come with a few extra struts handy in the big van and would have done it for me, it literally took me 30 minutes to do myself.

Pleased with the service, but not the price. $1100 to repair broken springs seems high, but the repair guy was great and came quickly. Next time I will try another company to try and find a lower price.

Service was great. Mechanic was good and explained the options well. Tried to upsell stuff I didnt really need. Price was absurdly high compared to other places. Paid 845 for two springs. Shop around for much cheaper options.

Very nice professional service tech. Didn't repair the problem due to the installation of the door. Most likely won't use in the future.

they were quick to help repair my garage door, but if you have time get quotes from other places. I paid over 1400 for a job that took less than 1 hour and parts and labor should have been less than half that. they are too expensive. I agreed to pay it so there is that, but everyone else said that it should have cost less than $600. I MADE A MISTAKE, YOU SHOULD GET QUOTES FROM ELSEWHERE!

The tech arrived as scheduled. Instead of quoting me a price for exactly what I requested, he spent a few minutes on his tablet and came up with a full list of maintenance activities to sell. I had garage door service to replace a broken spring at a prior home several years ago, so I expected that both springs would be replaced. I know things cost more now, so I also expected this to be maybe up to twice what I paid before. However, I was astounded at the quote, which was 4x what I paid last time. Since the tech was here, and I needed the repair, I agreed to the proposed activities. He completed them in good time and everything works now. When the work was complete, the tech had to increase the price because his estimate had missed something. The whole process felt like an attempt to get additional services on the invoice and the cost was high. Although the door works fine now, I cannot recommend this company.

Cesar Velasquez did an excellent job of installing the door. As far as the same day or next day installation, that was more like same week or next week. It took ten days for the door to arrive. Not satisfied with that.

I didn't receive/ see the quote for maintenance check and parts/labor, but somewhat aware of the cost. Not able to put a new weather strip on the bottom of the door, didn't grease/lube rollers because they had plastic parts and didn't do the other things because "they were fine". Replaced 2 hinges to metal ones because plastic ones were cracked but unable to effectively replace plastic hindges. Technician was nice and answered my questions and my door is very old, however. New doors are way too expensive and looking to further the life of the one I have on my budget. They came out shortly after I made my on- line appt, which was Great! If I had to call again for service I might try another company to see if I get the same answers. The door still clunks down and makes noise but a little quieter with new hinges. I do have piece of mind of knowing what's wrong with it going into winter, especially since I park in the garage. I guess I was expecting more and didn't get it and not 100% confident in explanation as to why . Just that I might get another year or so out of the door I currently have...before needing to replace.
