Dalton arrived on time at my residence. The garage door was not closing properly. Dalton was accompanied by a trainee, Deyonte ( Sp?) Together they conducted an assessment of the garage door and opener system and quickly determined the problem. Both of them communicated well, explaining the problem and how they would adjust the system to correct the problem. The service provided was fast, friendly, and efficient! I will call them again in the future should any problems arise. Precision Door also installed a new garage door for me three years ago. The door and the operating system have been trouble free since installation. The trouble experienced today with the door was due to objects being placed to close to sensors and wiring. My approximately 30-year-old garage door opener finally died over the weekend. I decided to go with Precision to have a new opener installed. Brian Ciminelli, Technician, was professional, answered all my questions, and also talked about options to replace additional hardware parts on the garage door mechanism (original springs, rollers and other hardware), and provided three different quotes depending on how much he would replace/install. I did not feel like I was getting a hard sell, and he addressed and thought of things I never thought of. The door opens and closes quieter than it ever has, I now have a battery backup model for the inevitable power failure, and peace of mind knowing that everything is newer and operating much more smoothly.
