I had 2 new garage doors installed in June and Steve Franklin did an excellent job both installing and providing directions and information on how to operate and maintain the doors. In October, one of the doors indicator lights went off and Steve showed up on time and corrected the problem immediately with no charge. He then proceeded to lubricate both new doors and explained how to make sure the problem didn't happen again. Excellent customer service throughout the entire process!
