Didnt pressure to oversell any services not required or push to sell new products. Got it back up and running not only making it operational but also much quieter and smoother. Looks great and should last a long time

Poor communication between precision and technician. Gave quote for replacement gasket for bottom of door okayed, called 2 weeks later and it was never ordered. Needed to come back and measure again, what happened to first measurement and quote?

Lost power to my garage and didnt realize it. Checked breaker box, all good. Three remotes and none would work. Couldnt find the key to override automatic door and gain access to garage. First, I called two different locksmiths, neither of which could tell me if they could remove the lock and install a new one. Then I called Precision. Technician Erik showed up promptly at the beginning of my estimated service time slot (on a Sunday morning) and quickly got the problem resolved. He tested the door to make sure everything was adjusted and working properly. Eric was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience with Eric.

Joey C was our Precision representative. Asked for service on a door that wouldnt close all the way. Joey solved the problem but gave us the bad news that the door was deteriorating. Provided an estimate for a new door. All without charge on a Sunday. Great service!!

Steve did an awesome job replacing my garage motor. It blew out from a surge and I was able to call and and get it replace the next day. Not only did the motor get replaced but so did the rollers. They were replace with bearing rollers and the garage is super quiet now. Would recommend Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Josh C. was our sales person and was so friendly and knowledgeable. We were very impressed by his customer service skills. Josh A. did our installation and could not have been any nicer or more professional. Product turned out beautiful and living in a condo complex, I was so impressed with the color of the garage door especially because we were required to match all the others and it was perfect!! First, and foremost, I appreciated the fact that Precision had a live person answering the phone. Not an automated system. My technician was in immediate communication with me once my service order was placed. Matthew Boutin, was very professional as he showed me what the issues with my garage system were. He even went so far as to tell me what each part's role was with my system. Matthew provided several quotes, with great detail, so that I could make an educated decision. Once my choice was made, Matthew got right to work and finished the job to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Precision and Matthew in the future. I had a very pleasant experience from call to finish. Thanks Matthew!!!!!!!

Out Technician Steve Wells was right on time friendly and professional. He went over our door top to bottom and showed the parts that were warn and needed repair. He also pointed out the parts that were in good shape and the maintenance we should do quarterly to keep them in shape. Very pleased with the entire process.
