Needed an unexpected garage door repair this morning. Stephen Freitas, Jr. of Precision Garage Door was quick to respond and had the parts available to get us service, was professional in explaining options. All repairs were completed by noon ! 5Star review!

I would like to acknowledge the outstanding service received from Precision Garage Door Services. Patrick did a great job of diagnosing the problem and replaced my garage door opener. He also lubricated my door and replaced the brackets. I called Precision for a second opinion after receiving a diagnosis from another company that ended up being completely inaccurate. I will be contacting Precision from now on for any other garage needs in the future.

I was able to get a service appointment same-day (within an hour!) on a Sunday after being ghosted by the company I had used in the past. Jordan was so friendly and thorough and worked incredibly fast! The price felt high but I needed a complete rebuild and I have no idea what that should cost. I hope I won't need service again now for a long time but if I do, I will absolutely call Precision.

My spring broke on my garage. I call Precision amd was scheduled for mid afternoon. Got a call from Patrick S. 30 minutes before he was to arrive. Patrick assess the workings of my door and came up woth 3 estimates. Once I agreed to one of the repairs, he went right to work. I'm one of those guys who likes to watch and learn. Patrick had no problem fielding questions while he worked. Very enjoyable and friendly. Door was up and working in about an hour. Glad my door was repaired the same day.
