the removal of the old garage doors and the installation of the new ones was great considering the temperature of 7 degrees. Cesar V and Eric F were very fast and professional. the doors are extremely quiet and smooth. I do have three questions on the installation: 1 - on the bottom door stops (on both doors) - why is one red and one is green ? (shouldn't they both be green) 2 - why is there bare low voltage wires hanging down from the opener? 3 - why were the open/close buttons on the door end of the garage not wired back in? Thank you for the prompt service After a discussion with the personnel - I am changing my feedback to excellent. the questions were answered and Cesar V and Eric F had done the installation correctly

My very old garage door opener finally decided to quit working for me today (1-9-24). I called Precision Garage Door Service because I had a good experience for a repair done in February 2016. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they could have a technician come out within the hour! No sooner had I ended my phone call a text message from my technician was received stating that he was on his way and he provided a very accurate timeline for his arrival. Mr. Pat Stevens was very proficient in his thorough assessment and, based on my answers to his questions, provided excellent recommendations. Mr. Stevens quickly set to the task at hand. I was impressed with his knowledge and how easy he made the job look. He was very cordial but also very professional. Im extremely impressed with his work ethics and his ability to communicate in layman terms how to get the best use out of my new Garage Door Opener. Theres much more to it than just being able to open the garage door and Pat fully explained and then demonstrated all functions. If Quality AND reasonable price are of concern to you, then look no further! This company delivers! Thanks Pat and thank you Precision Garage Door Service for exceeding my expectations!

So grateful for Precision Garage Door! Called late at night and had a tech at my home by 8:30am on a Sunday. Great communication from the company as well as the tech. The tech that completed the work, Jason, was fantastic and friendly. He assessed the situation and provided three options for repair prior to starting the work. Within 30 minutes the work was completed (two broken springs replaced)! Preston Garage Door helped ease a very frustrating situation for me.

On 12/16/2024 I had my garage door replaced by Precision Garage Door of Southeast & Mid Michigan. Anthony DeJesus came to my home at the time he said he would and was very pleasant to talk to. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He told me it would take about 2-3 hours to install my new door. He completed it in a little over 2 hours and then showed me how it worked (manual open, no electricity in the garage), how easy it was to open and close. He gave me my set of keys and showed me which way the handle would turn to open and close the door. He waited around for me to try unlocking, opening, closing and locking the door. It is such a dream compared to my old door that was hard to open and close, which Antony said was because the old door was the wrong size for my garage. I'm very thankful and happy with my new garage door! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Anthony DeJesus if you need a new garage door! Thank you Anthony. -Nancy F.
