My very old garage door opener finally decided to quit working for me today (1-9-24). I called Precision Garage Door Service because I had a good experience for a repair done in February 2016. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they could have a technician come out within the hour! No sooner had I ended my phone call a text message from my technician was received stating that he was on his way and he provided a very accurate timeline for his arrival. Mr. Pat Stevens was very proficient in his thorough assessment and, based on my answers to his questions, provided excellent recommendations. Mr. Stevens quickly set to the task at hand. I was impressed with his knowledge and how easy he made the job look. He was very cordial but also very professional. Im extremely impressed with his work ethics and his ability to communicate in layman terms how to get the best use out of my new Garage Door Opener. Theres much more to it than just being able to open the garage door and Pat fully explained and then demonstrated all functions. If Quality AND reasonable price are of concern to you, then look no further! This company delivers! Thanks Pat and thank you Precision Garage Door Service for exceeding my expectations!

So grateful for Precision Garage Door! Called late at night and had a tech at my home by 8:30am on a Sunday. Great communication from the company as well as the tech. The tech that completed the work, Jason, was fantastic and friendly. He assessed the situation and provided three options for repair prior to starting the work. Within 30 minutes the work was completed (two broken springs replaced)! Preston Garage Door helped ease a very frustrating situation for me.

The pricing seemed a bit higher than what we were expecting, but it clear they use the better materials needed to ensure longevity.

On 12/16/2024 I had my garage door replaced by Precision Garage Door of Southeast & Mid Michigan. Anthony DeJesus came to my home at the time he said he would and was very pleasant to talk to. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He told me it would take about 2-3 hours to install my new door. He completed it in a little over 2 hours and then showed me how it worked (manual open, no electricity in the garage), how easy it was to open and close. He gave me my set of keys and showed me which way the handle would turn to open and close the door. He waited around for me to try unlocking, opening, closing and locking the door. It is such a dream compared to my old door that was hard to open and close, which Antony said was because the old door was the wrong size for my garage. I'm very thankful and happy with my new garage door! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Anthony DeJesus if you need a new garage door! Thank you Anthony. -Nancy F.

Excellent! Not only was Precision Door efficient and responsive to our garage door emergency on Saturday, 12/28/2024, days after Christmas when most others were short of staff and no appts available- we were pleasantly surprised with the service provided. The BEST, Experienced tech,Jeff Blehm, called to confirm he was on the way- arrived 15 minutes later and evaluated a broken spring and other details. My 20 year old garage opener finally gave out on a Saturday and called Precision and they were able to come out Sunday morning to look at it. Jason was the tech who was very nice and explained my options. I went with a new install and he was able to complete the work in a couple of hours. I would recommend Precision as a company that was very transparent, quick service and very reliable. AAA+

It was very easy to schedule a service visit with an option of choosing the available time slots for the day - Steve Wells the technician called 30 mins before showing up as promised. Steve was very professional and thorough in his analysis of the job , explaining of what required to be done with options and cost - once agreed - to my pleasant surprise he finished the job quickly and efficiently . We called Precision Garage Door and true to their advertisement, were scheduled for an assessment and consult the same day. Eric was our technician, he called and was able to come earlier than our scheduled time! Eric was professional, very knowledgeable, patiently answered all our questions, was courteous, hard working, and thorough. He completed the work he quoted us for a fair price in the same day, going above and beyond our expectations. They came out same day fixed a busted spring and refurbished the pulleys and rollers on a 30 year old door. I was able to lift the door with one hand when done. Steve Wells did it all in under an hour. Had another company fix a spring about 3 years ago it took them over 2 hours and they just replaced the spring. Had to wait 4 days for them to come out also.

I was having serious problems with my garage door. One day last week, it completely failed. I called Precision Garage Doors late Sunday evening, and the technician, Jordan, was here the next day. He meticulously inspected the installation and quickly determined the problem, which I had missed. I also had problems with a gap underneath the south side of the door which allowed snow to blow in under the door. In this case, Precision is the perfect name for this company. Jordan, in less than an hour replaced the springs, cables, and a door hinge. Once done, the door functioned like new. I am very grateful for the service that Jordan and Precision Garage doors provided. I strongly recommend this company to anyone that may require their assistance.

Amazing experience! I called in the morning to have my torsion spring replaced; I did not expect a same day appointment but 2 hours later, Jordan W. arrived. He fixed the issue and made a couple of other suggestions, and the work was complete within the hour. The process from start to finish was quick and effortless, and all employees (Amanda and Jordan) were friendly and courteous. Replacing my garage door is on my future home improvement list and I will definitely be calling Precision Garage.
