We had urgent need of Precisions services on the weekend. They sent Patrick Stevens right out and he was punctual, informative and friendly. He fixed our problem, giving a choice of cost levels in a timely manner and gave advice for future action without a high pressure sales pitch. We just had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. They installed our garage door opener over 10 years ago. When it failed to work, I called them. They sent a technician out within hours. The technician, Pat Stevens, replaced the tension spring which had cracked in no time. He even reached out to the office and confirmed the part was under warranty with them. We were thrilled to have it up and running again so quickly and just for the cost of labor. Nowadays you dont tend to get something repaired for less than you expected. We chose Precision 10 years ago, because a neighbor told us about their great experience and how they stand by their work. Im so glad we did. They lived up to their reputation.

I highly recommend him and Precision. On 3/5/25 Needed a sensor replaced and rewired. Jordan was courteous, efficient and friendly. Quick repair and back in business in no time.

Jeff did fantastic work saving my door. He gave me two completely reasonable quotes, to cover if it was damaged or not once we could get the door lowered, and not only did he save the door, he also fixed the track and repaired it for less than the original quote. He clearly cares about his craft and hes got by business for life after this.
