I found Steve Wells to be professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He gave lots of information. I was also given options and additional information should we choose to replace the garage door completely. I felt confident in his knowledge. The garage door was fixed in a timely fashion, but we know itll have to be replaced down the line. David already has all the specs for the eventual replacement. Great job Steve!

Dylan came out to repair our garage door within a few hours of calling the company, and he was very kind and knowledgeable. We needed a new keypad and remote, and he was able to install them easily, while also giving us a diagnosis of our garage door. I highly recommend!

Pat Stevens was very informative on the condition of my garage door & Opener prior to the service and after the service was completed. Arrive promptly and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Jeff showed up on time , the door didnt make the same noises that it has made for in the past , but with his experience he knew what I was as talking about he made some adjustments to the hinges and it worked much better with less noise. Excellent service from all at Precision Garage Door. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Garage door or garage door opener.

He arrived prior to my window, listened to what I felt happened to the garage door and diagnosed the issue.
