My garage door spring on a Saturday morning as it was closing and something jammed not allowing me to open it manually. I called Precision Door Service and Brian arrived in less than 2 hours. Although he was also unable to open by himself, he asked if he could come back Sunday morning with another employee. Brian and Patrick arrived on-time Sunday, were able to get the door open, and had it repaired in a relatively short period. Great Service! Brian and Patrick were very professional and courteous. Outstanding!

Stephen took the time to explain everything and before he left made sure we understood everything we needed to know about our door repair and new opener. My wife and I agreed that by far, Stephen is the most pleasant and professional technician we have EVER contracted. We requested Jeff for this, and he didn't disappoint! We needed and opener and a set of cables for our small door. And like the opener Jeff replaced in April for us the job was very nearly done and he made sure we were totally satisfied with not only the new opener but also the one we replaced in April. Very professional. I was able to schedule the first appointment the same day. Unfortunately the tech needed to come back 2 days later to adjust the garage door closing. It was slamming shut. But it was done. Perhaps a tad pricey. Service was very good and the techs were able to answer all my questions.

Patrick was courteous, inspected door prior to starting the job, did work timely, replaced garage cable, check to make sure door worked correctly up/down and also reset the sensor.
