Jon arrived early to my house to replace my garage door and opener. Jon told me would take 2 hours. 2 hours later job was completed. Jon had me set up code for the keypad for entry, explained the remotes and the remote attached inside garage. Also gave me a spray can to oil the door every 4 to 6 months and what I needed to do. Everything was cleaned up and left the way it was. Thank you for an easy experience for an unexpected cost. Recommend Precision Door for all your Garage door needs.

Our garage door would not close last night. Booked an appointment on-line and Stephen Freitas, Jr. showed up early this morning to help. He was very knowledgeable and a very impressive young man. His communication skills were excellent. Made great eye contact and explained everything in terms we understood. Our door closes now. Steve Franklin, was my my technication that install my garage door. Came in a timely matter,very polite, he explain to me how to operate and care for my door explain the keys. Also at the end how explain to me not to power wash the door. To use the garden his to shower down. I am very please. Not yet went out to open the door. It cold outside. The door arrived and was installed in about 4 weeks. The technician did a nice , thorough installation and clean up after. Great service. Very prompt. Initiated request on Easter Sunday night for Mon between 12-2. Purchased option 3 out of 4. Newer build home and builder only included 1 spring. Now we have 2.
