Precision Garage Door Company is the best! They have the best response time, service, products and people. They also kept us up on apt times and location of our Tech on the way. Terrance came, removed our old door, motor and springs (entire system) and installed entire new system. He was polite, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and explained everything. I was having problems with my aging garage door and contacted Precision on a Friday morning. They were at my house within a couple of hours and, as I expected, it was no longer worth it to repair the many things it needed, so I decided to finally replace the door They had to order the door, but it was delivered and installed the following Thursday, and Precision communicated with me through every step of the process. Jaime came Thursday morning and did the entire installation in about 4 hours. He then took the time to discuss maintenance and caring for the door and its parts. He also went over the basics of the opener with me. Jaime was very knowledgeable and professional. It was refreshing to deal with such an efficient company that actually exceeds their promises. I was extremely impressed with Precision from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with garage door issues. Remarkable experience!!

Jon arrived early to my house to replace my garage door and opener. Jon told me would take 2 hours. 2 hours later job was completed. Jon had me set up code for the keypad for entry, explained the remotes and the remote attached inside garage. Also gave me a spray can to oil the door every 4 to 6 months and what I needed to do. Everything was cleaned up and left the way it was. Thank you for an easy experience for an unexpected cost. Recommend Precision Door for all your Garage door needs.
