My garage door would not open and my vehicle was stuck in the garage. I was so grateful that this company was opened and serviced my garage. The tech was very knowledgeable and respectful. The technician was neat and cleaned up his area. My door is now working and I’m so grateful for this company.

A recent thunderstorm with high winds and flying debris ruined our garage door and we couldn't even open it. Precision had installed it new for us about 10 years ago, and we were highly satisfied then, so we called them immediately to see if they could help. Someone came out the same day and determined what we needed and Joshua Abt, their installer, came out a couple days later and installed the new door for us. He did an excellent job, made sure everything worked perfectly before he left, and made sure we were satisfied. We were highly satisfied with him and also the gentleman who came out to inspect the damage and quote us a new door. The price was very fair and we signed immediately. We've used Precision twice and won't hesitate to use them again in the future if the need arises.

Our Repair man Mike Jolly was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. He got everything fixed and then some. Found another issue with our doors that was covered on the warranty and was able to get them repaired as well.

Steve Wells arrived earlier than what he called. He inspected the door with the opener issue and concluded the door system needed replacement due to its over 30 year old age. He showed us the choices and recommended the one with us after some discussion. Financing was available to us. Sometime in June is the projected replacement date. New openers will be installed for both doors. The current opener closing issue was fixed until door replacement.

So thankful I found this service. Quick to schedule service and a same day appointment - amazing. My tech, Jordon, figured out the issue and then explained everything to me. We first used your company on a weekend when the springs broke on our garage door and we couldn't get our cars out. Your company was the only one who worked on weekends and you came out and fixed the problem. We had service, today to replace the side seals and bottom door seal, which rodents had chewed through. Our technician, Eric did an absolutely great job to help correct this problem. In addition, I am grateful for the military discount that Precision provided. We were so pleased that we referred our neighbor, who needed a complete garage door replacement.

I looked at a number of Garage Door repair businesses on line , several looking good but something just impressed me. I looked at the reviews and the personnel, and many looked like they were skilled. I really liked the technician Jeff and saw he had 100% good reviews. Lo and behold he was my repair man. He knew immediately what I needed and gave me 3 options to choose from. I opted for the one that fit my needs and budget that was in the middle. The wire was first class with great explanation what was replaced. Love the 5 year warranty and glad I chose Precision. Mindy in the office was also very helpful in setting up the appointment which was very timely and well fit in my schedule. Received a new spring, cables, and rollers. Am glad I chose this company!

Contacted another company because my remote garage door key pod stopped working. Their employee told me to go to Lowes and purchase a new one my self read the instructions and do it myself. I am a female over 70 years of age so I hung up on him and contacted Precision who was very helpful and came out the same day. Dylan went over every step with me showed me some things that was also going on with my garage door. So I ended up ordering a whole new door. Just think if the other company had did this they would have gotten the money. I will always contact Precision.

Then, he patiently explained the difference and recommended the best option base on his experience. Then, he finished the job professionally and politely went through the operation process, maintenance, and warranty. Overall, professional & polite. My daughter's garage door broke and she was very satisfied with Precision's service. On my way to work in the morning my garage door would not close completely. After work I called Precision and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and was able to schedule a service man that day. The young man was pleasant and professional and repaired my door.
