We were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours of our call. Our tech Jordan Wallace was very knowledgeable and did a great job installing our new garage door opener. He explained everything about it. He also shared information about garage doors for when we need a new one. Highly recommend!!

Wowza! What great service! Matt B. Took the time to explain what I needed, beyond the obviously broken spring, and why. Since I previously had my garage door serviced three times in less than 10 years, what Matt taught me about my door made perfect sense. Once Matt completed the work, the first thing I noticed was how quietly and smoothly the door now operated. From my initial call to Precision Garage Doors to the completed job, everyone was helpful, professional, and kind.

On time for all appointments; first service call even though the single service tech was not able to repair by himself, he called the office and scheduled a second service call for the next day for two techs, very professional, very caring and personal techs..if you need service on your garage door, there the ones to call. May not be the least expensive, but knew there stuff, had all the pieces and parts and quickly finished the job.

Jeff Blehm was at my house an hour early which was great because I didn't have to worry if he was going to show at all. This morning my garage door stopped working. I called Precision Garage Door Seevice & was able to book a repair appointment same day within a few hours! Mike Jolly was our technician. Absolutely Amazing experIence! He was very professional, very thorough & knowledgeable about his work! I felt completely safe & in good hands! The repair man was nice, quick, efficient, and seemed knowledgeable. He didn't try to have me do more repairs than I needed, and was prompt on both visits. He Replaced the weather stripping on the bottom of the door, took about 20 min and was out the door. Thanks!

I would like to say thank you to Terry Smith. He is a very nice and professional, and had a nice disposition too. He achieved the work of the garage door installed, in the time that was projected. Terry explained how to work the remotes, keypads, and key lock keys. He showed me how to use the garage door spray on the 10 hinges only. He took care of all paperwork, and called his office to get bill paid receipt, to be sent thru the mail for dad and me. He was very kind and neat. Thank you so much Terry Smith.

The technician, Jordan Wallace, showed up promptly. He explained eveything in a very simple to understand way. There was no technical jargon used. There was no upselling either. A couple of recommendations were suggested only. The installation took no time at all. I am very pleased.
