From our initial phone call with Percision Garage Door, we knew they were different than the rest. They answered the phone and scheduled our service for the next day, a Saturday, right then. On Saturday morning, Eric Heckroth our technician texted, that he was on his way, & came out early. Eric was friendly and knowledgeable and explained, in detail what was replaced and why. We had a full rebuild, 2 Powder-Coated Torsion Springs, Center, Left & Right End Bearing, Precision Green Rollers, Left & Right 10, Torsion Cable 7,Vertical Track 7. All our needs were met From the Receptionist to Eric they are very customer service oriented!

Jeff Blehm was great! He was professional, prompt, and prepared. He called me to let me know he could come early if that worked for me. He let me know about other issues with my garage that could affect the garage door functioning and even suggested fixes for those. He was here and finished in under an hour and everything is working perfectly now. He showed me how to grease the door at the points that it needs it and how often. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

Pay Steven's showed up at 7am to fix my garage. We couldn't open or close it because the sensor was knocked off. he was able to fix it and also inform us of that incorrect placements, our builder did when installiment it.

I used this company based on the reviews. It was like going back in time to when customer service meant everything. I love my new door--it's so quiet compared to my old door. I ordered a custom door which totally upgraded the look of my entire house. I feel safer and more secure now. The employees of this company are above average. You can tell that they like working here, and it shows in all of their work ethics. They exceeded my expectations, so I am telling everyone about them. I wish that all companies were as efficient and punctual. They aren't, so it makes Precision Door look all the better. I am an entirely satisfied customer.

Garage door broke on a Sunday afternoon and was able to get service the same day. Patrick called within minutes of making the appointment on line and arrived when promised. Did a great job and completed it in a couple hours. A storm passed through later that night and it felt good having the cars in the garage.

Our technician Jason Lockwood did an exceptional job of repairing our plus 15 year old garage door system. He had to replace the springs that broke that same morning as well as replacing parts in the tracking rails. The project really required a complete replacement of everything but the doors. We really appreciate his professional abilities and salute him on a job well done.
