Precision made everything easy! We scheduled online and received an appointment for the exact day we needed. Steve, our technician, called well before our appointment window to see if he could arrive early. After walking us through the needed repairs, he completed the work quickly and restored our 30-year-old door in no time. We're so pleased with the quality of the service and with how simple it was to schedule. Their confirmations and communications were appreciated. We will ALWAYS call Precision first, because they are the best in the business.

Mark was very knowledgeable and courteous in addressing the problem with our garage door opener and remote. His inspection of the whole system was thorough assuring me that everything was in good working condition. Our opener is 11 years old and doesn't show any signs of wear. Remote needed to be reprogrammed. Precision garage door are the professionals we turn to!

Excellent timely service! I scheduled service on a Sunday and within 30 minutes he called to say he was on his way. Our tech Dan explained that our garage door motor could not be repaired so we had to replace it. He explained the proper maintenance, etc. I'd highly recommend Precision.

We had a new garage door installed today by Josh Abt from Precision Garage Door. I was completely impressed with the job he and his helper did. They showed up on time and did a great job installing the new door. He corrected some mistakes the previous installer of the old door made and now it works perfectly. Josh was very thorough, the door itself is a much better door design than the old one. He showed us how to maintain it and explained the few improvements he made. He and his helper were very polite, got right down to business and had the job completed in 2 to 3 hours. I cant say enough positive things about Precision Garage Door and their installers! Top notch job. If you want the best, go to the best! Precision Garage Door Service! I'd add a video of the new door if yelp allowed me to but I don't see where I can.

My installer, Anthony DeJesus, called to ask if he could arrive early. He estimated it would take 3 - 4 hours to install the new door and opener. It was completed in 3 hours. He showed me how to maintain the garage door pins and hinges. Anthony then made sure the work area was cleaned up. I am very happy with the new door and pleased with the service I received from Precision Garage Door.

My Liftmaster 8300 started to behave erratically with random open and closings. While that can be caused by a nearby remote for a different door, after while it became clear it was more than that. When possible prefer to have work done by community based companies in the Plymouth area and I found Precision Door and found their website offers online scheduling as soon as the same day. Brad came out and was professional from the start, even though I had requested a new opener, Brad took the time to do a through inspection of the door (pointing out some signs of wear that could become problematic in the future), he tested the opener and found some erratic behavior even in manual operation. Once he confirmed the balance of the door, the cables etc were fine I decided to go ahead and have the opener replaced with the latest Liftmaster 98022 model. Installation went well and Brad took the time to explain how and where to lubricate the hinges and spring for best operation. The original door installers never provided those details. Would also encourage folks to respond their rollers with the new nylon rollers. Door operated so quiet and smoothly now. Would highly recommend Precision Door.

I had my garage door cables replaced and lubed up. This doesnt sound like anything special but this happened on a Sunday. The door broke at 12:30 and was repaired by 3:30. Precision tech Jason was very knowledgeable but better yet very professional. This is my new company going forward for any garage door work.

Dylan was absolutely incredible. He took the time to not only give his recommendations, but also explained WHY he was specifically recommending those options. While this time we chose to just do spring and cable repair, we're already looking at options for replacing the door. Would 100% use Precision again and when I do, hopefully Dylan is the assigned tech.
