I found myself needing a new garage door right before winter. Precision was able to come out the same day I called, and they had my new door installed within two weeks. (They had other openings, but my own schedule did not. They worked with me and got everything scheduled when it worked best for me.) My installer Stefan and his associate had everything installed in just a couple of hours, and they even took the old door and track away. Highly recommend.

Pat (and Precision) was amazing! I called to inquire about a new garage door spring, at 8:45 in the morning. They had a technician out here at 9:30 the same day. He just left at 10:45, with the job done excellently! I would highly recommend them. Just call them.

From the initial call for a repair, through quotes and install, Precision was never pushy and very accommodating. We got a new garage door and opener after 20 years of the last one, and this one not only has a camera, but is very quiet when it opens/closes. The install by Terrance was perfect and he walked me through operation and maintenance. Thanks to everyone at Precision for our new and improved garage door!

Dan Duvall was the technician who came do my house for my garage door repair. I couldn't have been more pleased with his work and professionalism. He explained everything to me, never tried to sell me something I didnt need, and he completed a two hour job in a hour. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

My garage door stopped working late in the day on Tuesday. I called Precision Door on Tuesday and was given a window of 7 - 11am on Wednesday morning for the repair. I received a call from Shawn about 7:05am; I explained my issue and he informed me he would be out about 7:50am. He arrived on time, looked over my garage door issue and provided a quote within 5 minutes. I asked how long the job would take as I had an event in the afternoon. He assured me I would be able to make my event and that he would be done by 10am. He completed the work shortly after 9:30. I was very pleased with the end result and the pleasantness of Shawn. I highly recommend Precision Door and Shawn as the technician!

I called in this morning to schedule an appointment to look at my garage door that came off the tracks. To my pleasant surprise, a technician (Stephen F) was at my house in under an hour and a half! Stephen arrived and gave me a detailed quote with three options for me to choose from. He was extremely thorough walking me through the pros and cons of each option available. Once I chose my path, he went right to work. He did an incredible job, my 22 year old door now works just as well as the day it was installed!

My garage door was damaged yesterday - Thanksgiving day. Precision Door had Brad Rambo at my place within an hour and he was able to get in repaired and working quickly. He paid attention to details and made sure everything was in good shape and safe. Will deifitely work with Brad in the Spring to have a new upgraded garage door from Precision Door
