Replace broken spring. Was shown other worn parts that would need to be replaced in the near future. Decided to get a full rebuild so a call in the near future wouldn't be necessary. The work by Tim Mason was done expertly and quickly. Great experience!!!

My service technician was Eric H, he was early for the appointment which was great. He did a complete overhaul of my door which was badly needed since most of the parts were 20-30 years old. Eric was very polite and explained everything he was going to do and the price. He did a little more than expected with out any extra charge. I would highly recommend precision garage door.

Jeff was great. He called to ask if he could come early and it worked out perfect! He inspected and explained the issue of the door. Gave an honest overview of the problem and explained the repair. This place has quite the scam going on. One guy comes out early gives you some exorbitant price for repair. You say that wont work for you. The next guy comes out closer to you appointment wants to look at the problem. You tell him someone has already given you a price and you are not interested. He acts confused. Do not use this company!!
