Amazing experience! I called in the morning to have my torsion spring replaced; I did not expect a same day appointment but 2 hours later, Jordan W. arrived. He fixed the issue and made a couple of other suggestions, and the work was complete within the hour. The process from start to finish was quick and effortless, and all employees (Amanda and Jordan) were friendly and courteous. Replacing my garage door is on my future home improvement list and I will definitely be calling Precision Garage.

I had a broken torsion spring on my garage door and gave Precision a call. They were able to set up a same-day appointment (on a Saturday) that fit into my schedule. Pat Stevens came out and assessed the situation and explained everything that was going on with the door. He gave me options for repair, and was very genuine in his breakdown. I never felt like he was trying to get over on me. Pat was very efficient in his work, and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

From my 1st call to Precision and scheduling for an appointment to the next day service for the repairs of my garage door was very well-organized and efficient process. I loved the technology they used for updating me (sending a text and email with a photo of the technician is a great way to make customers feel comfortable). Jason Lockwood (technician) was on time, friendly, and professional. I observed his work, and he explained everything that he was doing in detail. As an engineer, I like to know how things work. Jason explained all my options and he did not try to upsell me. All the work he did was done in no time at all (about an hour). Everything works great. I would definitely use them again. I would recommend them to my family & friends. Thanks again, Frank P.

I was having serious problems with my garage door. One day last week, it completely failed. I called Precision Garage Doors late Sunday evening, and the technician, Jordan, was here the next day. He meticulously inspected the installation and quickly determined the problem, which I had missed. I also had problems with a gap underneath the south side of the door which allowed snow to blow in under the door. In this case, Precision is the perfect name for this company. Jordan, in less than an hour replaced the springs, cables, and a door hinge. Once done, the door functioned like new. I am very grateful for the service that Jordan and Precision Garage doors provided. I strongly recommend this company to anyone that may require their assistance.
