Eric was very helpful in explaining what was needed for me to replace my non-electric garage door. I asked a lot of questions, which he answered thoroughly and even explained that the reason my current door kept hitting the rafters when opening it was because it was the wrong size door and the wrong overhead rails and fixtures. After he determined what type of door would fit, he showed me what was available and what colors it came in and we placed my order. Eric made it very easy to understand. He was easy to talk to and he answered all my questions easily and without making me feel as if I was bothering him or that I was asking stupid questions. Thank you very much Eric. Cesar Velasquez was great very nice and did great work. Loved his honesty the panels we received didnt go correctly together but could hardly see. He let us know and they are going to replace them. He could have just left it because it would have been tough to notice but i appreciate that so much. Highly recommend this company with their honesty.

The best part of your company is Dalton, an honest dude who tells it like it is. Dalton deserves his bonus for a review regardless of how is company handles business. I called for a spring replacement, just a spring replacement. Cheapest option was $1050. How you guys are able to charge 3X what some of your competition charges is beyond me. And to add insult to injury, you charged me $75 just to have him tell me the price.

The spring on my garage door broke last night. I searched online for garage door repairmen in my area. Precision Garage Door was first search result. A little after 7am, I went to their website and booked a same day appointment for between 8-10am. By 7:30am, I had received a call from their technician, Pat Stevens. He asked what the problem was, I explained and said he'd be here by 8am. Once we hung up, I received a text from PGD showing his name and picture which was very helpful. He showed up promptly, surveyed the situation, we discussed the options, and he immediately got to work. He was very professional, courteous and did great work! I left him to it and checked in periodically. We had a pleasant conversation throughout and he was great about it. I would recommend both PGD and Pat to anyone needing these kinds of repairs. He even paired an extra garage door opener I couldn't get to work in just minutes! Great job, Pat! Thank you! Keep up the good work, Sir!

When I heard the noise on Friday night, I knew it was nothing good but it wasn't until I tried to open the door to go to church this morning that I realized I had a broken spring and I needed help. Enter Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan and their skillful and timely technician, Eric Hathaway. I called around 11:00 and was given a 2:00 appointment time and Eric Hathaway made good on that. He called me to confirm he was on his way when he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem immediately. I was concerned that he might have to go for parts but he had everything on hand. He offered me three different door reconstruction options with three different warranties and three different price points and I was able to choose the one that suited me. He did a good job and he cleaned up after himself and he made sure that the door functioned before he took off. He was cheerful and attentive to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I'm very pleased with the work he did.
