Jason did an exceptional job servicing our garage door. He evaluated our garage door and associated hardware. He recommended replacing all the bearings, main door spring and other essential hardware. He also tightened everything, programmed our new garage door openers, and informed me to lubricate the bearings and hardware every 6 months. Jaime arrived at my home this morning on time and discussed with me just what he would be doing regarding the installation of my new garage door. He was very polite and got right to work replacing not only the door but replacing all of the hardware that makes the door work properly. When he was finished he explained how to lubricate the door every 4 months and left me the lubricant to do the job right. Very good experience!

Dylan is very knowledgeable and helpful. He discovered that the keypad was nonfunctional and needed to be replaced and programmed 2 new garage door openers for us. He also did an inspection on the door ti make sure that it was functioning properly.

Woke up this morning to a broken lift assist spring on my solid wood two-car garage door (400+ pounds). I could not open the door manually by myself. My vehicles were trapped! I called Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan around 10 am and they dispatched their Technician Stephen F. to my home by 12:30 pm the same day. Stephen replaced my old broken springs with their powder-coated, extended duty cycle replacements. Stephen also replaced my aluminum take-up drums and old cables with heavy-duty steel replacements along with new outer and inner shaft bearings. Stephen did a great job tensioning the springs and balanced the door perfectly. Manually, the door can now be opened with just the force of one finger. Lastly, he took the time to explain all the repairs/upgrades performed and demonstrated the proper way to lubricate the hinges and roller pins. Great service & great staff. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing service on their residential garage door.
