My garage door torsion spring broke on a Saturday at 12 noon. One quick call and a very knowledgeable tech, Mike Jolly was here by 3pm. He explained what went wrong & why (builder grade spring) and 3 options to remedy the problem. Very efficient and organized. Had my spring replaced (upgraded spring) & door fixed in an hour. Eric Hathaway was our tech. Eric was quick, thorough, professional, courteous and friendly. We were locked out of our garage due to a power issue and had no way to get in. Eric was creative and came up with a solution which was acceptable to us with no damage to the door and very cost-effective. He also installed a fail safe in case this would happen again. Eric was excellent in explaining costs ahead of time and explained why he was approaching our unusual problem in the way that he was. Eric was excellent to work with. We have used Precision door in our other home in a prior year and would recommend them and Eric with no hesitation!

Brad Rambo did an excellent job of inspecting my broken garage door and opener on 5/29/24. He was able to get it working again temporarily, and explained the issues that were causing the problem- it was almost 26 years old and many parts were failing. He helped me choose a new door, and arranged an appointment for installation in the same week! I am very pleased with the service I received from Brad, the installer Eric Furlow and Precision Garage Door Service!

The professionalism by both the company and Josh, my garage door tech, was absolutely best in class. My garage door is close to 30 years old and is officially toast. The problems with the old door were identified and explained to me in great detail. I never once thought I was being sold on anything I didnt need. My new garage door will be installed in a few weeks. Nothing but 5 stars for my review.
