Fast, friendly, and courteous. Got a completely new door and all hardware installed. The sales representative was here same day as ours completely failed. Took his time to discuss all our options, styles, etc. Install day, Cesar and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the product and service. Would 100% recommend anyone to utilize this company.

Very quick response to repair our garage door broken springs problem. Jeff Blehm was our technician. He was professional, personable, and took the time to explain and show me the issues and make recommendations. Replaced springs, drums, cables, track wheels and sensors. We had a potentially catastrophic issue with one of our openers. Dalton Rhodes was sent to address our issue. Dalton calmly and professionally let me know what was wrong with not just one of my doors but all three. We decided to rebuild one door as that simply was unavoidable from a bad install. That door went through a long list of repairs and corrections. That door is now working great. We had a few maintenance issues performed on the other doors and they are now running smoother and safely. When those doors need to be replaced in the next few years, again bad install to begin with, we will go with Precision Door service and hopefully get Mr. Rhodes as the technician. Very pleased with the work and grateful for the honest assessment of the situation, possible solutions and corrective actions. Well done.

Josh arrived on a Friday and explained what was needed for a garage door and opener for replacement. He was very thorough and professional and showed me all the options I had. He scheduled for the replacement for the following Monday. Jaime, the technician, called 15 minutes before his arrival and was promptly on time. He installed the new garage door and opener in a matter of hours. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything I needed to know. Im very pleased with the overall experience dealing with the company.
