Had an issue with my garage doors.....same day service provided....Tim the technician who showed up immediately diagnosed the issue. Very personable and great experience. Precision also installed my doors some 6 or 7 years ago and had all my info in their system. Highly recommend them.

I knew my garage door had issues ,so I called on a Sunday evening. This morning Mark Kucel Field Manger called first thing. By this time I could get the door open. Mark came reviewed the door mama in spring was broke in two places, but I also had minor issues. Mark gave me a quote and had the door working in no time. He was very professional and Im so glad I called and had Mark to do all the repairs.

He offered helpful suggestions on my equipment but was not pushy on trying to upsell me. I was having problems with my aging garage door and contacted Precision on a Friday morning. They were at my house within a couple of hours and, as I expected, it was no longer worth it to repair the many things it needed, so I decided to finally replace the door They had to order the door, but it was delivered and installed the following Thursday, and Precision communicated with me through every step of the process. Jaime came Thursday morning and did the entire installation in about 4 hours. He then took the time to discuss maintenance and caring for the door and its parts. He also went over the basics of the opener with me. Jaime was very knowledgeable and professional. It was refreshing to deal with such an efficient company that actually exceeds their promises. I was extremely impressed with Precision from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with garage door issues. Remarkable experience!!
